Inside, you'll find a spacious and inviting living area, perfect for unwinding after a day spent on the beach. The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms, providing ample space for families or groups, and two well-appointed bathrooms for convenience. Original details throughout the home add to its timeless appeal, creating a welcoming atmosphere where you can truly relax and unwind.

The beach is just a short stroll away, offering easy access to the sun, sand, and surf. The home is also close to local shops, cafes, and dining spots, allowing you to experience the best of the area. Whether you're lounging on the beach, exploring the local sights, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this charming beach cottage offers everything you need for a memorable vacation

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $162.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Mold

We had a few issues with the property and we got no resolution by working with the real estate agent. First, it was not clear on the listing at all that someone lives upstairs in the house so you could hear them moving around at night. Second, the kitchen was infested with ants. Third and the reason I would rate this low is there is definitely mold in the back room, back bathroom, and back bedroom. The air is musty and thick in those areas and it made me and my 8-month-old sick. It might be okay if you aren't sensitive because some people who are staying with us weren't affected, but I'm allergic to mold and children are obviously sensitive. We actually ended up cutting our vacation short by a few days because I was so sick from the mold. I got zero resolution from anybody. I think it's extremely irresponsible to at the very least not disclose that this could be an issue. It's an actual health hazard.

House location was excellent - quick walk to beach, boardwalk, and town House (primarily kitchen) had an ant problem that was not disclosed. We kept the house tidy and clean and still had problems with them. Multiple ant and bug repellent sprays were under the sink, so this is clearly a reoccurring issue AC in the house is extremely poor. For the majority of the nights the thermostat temp was reading high 70s even 80 degrees despite our attempts to crank the ACThe rental advertisement also neglects to include information about the tenant that resides above the property as well as the tenant residing in a structure behind the home as well.

Cottage close to the beach

This is an amazing place to stay, that has a cottage-like feel. The location was perfect for walking around town, with only a 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Definitely a quaint place to stay. Highly recommend.
