Stay comfortably in Tellico village at this 3-bedroom house. Marvelous bedroom setup with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and hair dryer. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the golf course, Tellico lake, there is also a community pool, gym, tennis courts, Pickleball courts,(you have to buy a daily pass from them to use all the community amenities) Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.

Rental was perfect for our needs. Property was very clean,location was great and had all the necessities. Communication with owner was fantastic,very responsive host.

Wonderful home!

This home is looks brand new-it was spotless and lovely! We were very comfortable and the property manager communicated with us to ensure we got in okay and had what we needed. Excellent choice for that area!

Nice clean and new house with convenient Tellico Village location

Located in a neighborhood with other newer homes, this is a perfect location and property to enjoy the Tellico Village area with its golf courses, access to the lake and amenities. Within 40 minutes of Knoxville as well as the Smokey Mtns. I would stay here again.

Comfortable stay for family

We were in town for a family reunion, and the location of this house was perfect. The house is much bigger inside than the pictures make it seem. Everything felt new and clean when we were there. Five adults comfortably split the 3 rooms. We had a minor concern that the property owner responded to quickly. We would stay here again if we return to the area.
