Outstanding property and home! Secluded but close enough to town for groceries, restaurants…Great access to the river for swimming, floating, fishing! We will be back!!

The house was perfect! We enjoyed relaxing on the back patio and playing in the river. I would recommend bringing water shoes or crocs as the river bed is rocky. It was so much fun!

This is a wonderful home. A place to rest and relax between wedding and family stuff going on near by The gravel road had us wondering where this was taking us, listening for the dueling banjos but we were very pleasantly surprised

Loved this property!!!! Perfect getaway for two families with small kids. Right on the edge of the creek allowed us to fish each morning as we drank our coffee and after dinner. We were under a burn ban but there was a nice fire pit and chairs that would’ve been great to sit around but we still had a great time on the patio. The kids loved the upstairs loft area. Having three bathrooms was nice as well. The house was super clean. The beds and chairs were also very comfy! The host, Barbara, was very responsive and kind throughout our trip. Even left us a personal note on the counter with a snack pack that the kids devoured as soon as we got there.

Amazing place!

This vacation home was great. Everything about it was perfect. We loved the conveniences ,the cleanliness and how beautiful everything was.

Everything about this cabin met all expectations!!! Being from south TX and in the city we do not have quiet space or Fall Foliage so added bonus! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is such a beautiful place to be, whether with family or for your own escape. The pictures are true to what you will arrive to see - clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. The owners are LOVELY and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. They were even thoughtful in leaving treats and snacks. The walk to the river is easy, and the water level in the center is completely safe for children this time of year. Also, during the evening, we enjoyed seeing more fireflies than we’ve seen in decades. Truly a special place in nature, with privacy and all of the amenities. Thank you so much. - The Upshaw Family

The cabin is beautiful inside and out! The lighted fire pit was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive. When we had a question, she always answered immediately. We will definitely try to stay here again.

The description is 100% on point and the host is extremely responsive. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and the perfect porch for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. Our family spent most of our time playing and fishing in the river.
