While you stay, you and your guests will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen fit for a chef, a theater room with 8-person card table, a cozy outdoor fire setting, private back yard, and a gaming room with Nintendo 64 and Wii.
In addition to creating thoughtful spaces for your group, you will enjoy select luxuries to ensure a comfortable respite. Each bed is fitted with the #1 ranking luxury mattress and high-quality bed sheets (bamboo/1000 tc). We provide lush 100% cotton towels, and superior soaps and toiletries.
Conveniences have been added specifically for those traveling with young children, such as a sound machine, night lights in every bedroom, pack n play with mattress and sheets, step stool, booster/highchair seat, baby gate, and a toy bin.
Where you’ll sleep:
On the main level of this lovely 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, you will find a gorgeous open floor plan perfect for entertaining. There are no stairs to enter the main floor or to the master suite and can easily accommodate those with physical limitations. The master suite is conveniently located just off the main living area. It boasts a spacious private bath, walk in shower, and jetted tub. The sleeper sofa in the living room converts to a queen-sized bed. On the upper level, there are four additional bedrooms; The second master bedroom has a private en suite, while the other three rooms share a full bath with double vanity. The game room can convert to a sixth bedroom if needed, with a comfortable futon and a “Corduroy” bean bag that unzips into a queen-sized floor bed. The castle-fort play couch can also be used as a movable floor bed for young children.
Other Notes:
We do not allow smoking of any kind or pets on the premises.
The private back yard is fully fenced.
The theater room is a converted, climate-controlled garage.
For your privacy, The back porch security camera is turned off during your stay.

I grew up with a large family, right here in Tennessee. Now that all my siblings are grown, we live far apart and have families of our own! Of course, we cherish every opportunity to get together, and with such a large group, we usually end up renting a vacation home.
My mom has always been the hostess with the mostest - anticipating every need. I inherited her love of hosting and find joy in creating the perfect environment to make priceless memories with the ones you love!
I've found that often it's the little things (like plenty of toilet paper ;)) that can make all the difference in a great, stress-free vacation. :)

When my husband and I first saw this home, we knew right away it was the one! My favorite feature was the 5 bedrooms and optional 6th bedroom (flex room).
I've seen many homes that advertise sleeping 16+ but only have 3-4 bedrooms. That means several couples will be sharing a room - awkward. If you've ever had to share a bedroom with your parents after you're married, you'll understand.
It's important that everyone can have their own space and privacy - especially if you are an introvert! I love that this home has space for 6 closed-door rooms that don't have to share common spaces!
