In the area, you'll find the best restaurants, markets, and shops for all your needs, all within walking distance. Furthermore, it is just 5 minutes from the charming Leme Beach and 11 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, providing easy access to other Rio de Janeiro attractions.



The space also offers amenities that go beyond the expected, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to balance leisure and work, and a practical smart market, ensuring quick access to essentials without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a single-box luggage storage and a locker room with a shower and restroom, both available free of charge to guests, as well as 24-hour security. Everything has been designed to provide you with maximum comfort, practicality, and convenience.



NOTE: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform you that construction work on the Casa Rio rooftop is underway Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



No noise is allowed after 10:00 PM (Noise Law).



The rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, closed events may be held, during which access to the area will be temporarily unavailable.



To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign a form agreeing to the rules on-site.



Taking any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs, is not permitted.



The building where this property is located has two entrances: one at Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other at Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8 p.m., access must be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.



The property's outlets are 220V. Laptops and cell phone chargers are dual-voltage (we recommend checking before use).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all guests staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of guests established in the reservation. Guests not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.



Important: After the list has been submitted, it is not permitted to unregister a guest and then register another. This means that no guests can be exchanged or replaced during the stay.



The property is exclusively for registered guests; no other guests are permitted.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes are available for a separate fee. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
