Welcome to a true oasis in the center of the city, where luxury meets comfort in the heart of Hollywood Hills. Unparalleled views of LA from the downtown skyline to the Pacific Ocean.
The last house, out of four, behind a security gate at the end of the cul de sac. The house is not visible from the gate. This bright and inviting architectural marvel soars high enough for you to feel like your walking on top of the city when lounging, entertaining or simply dining al fresco on the ~1000 sq. ft. terrace with plenty of seating, resting tables, chairs, couches and armchairs. The house features a wraparound back yard with a salt water pool and spa that can be heated year round and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (natural gas grill/side burner and sink). The home has four bedrooms with king beds, 3 en suite bathrooms, 1 additional full bathroom and a powder room for a total of 5 bathrooms.
