Close to both downtown Rockport and the Port Aransas ferry, makes this amazing property a perfect home base for your vacation.

I have been renting this house ever since l purchased it 2004 (though it has been listed with property management companies in the past).

I fell in love with this property the first time I visited it when I saw dolphins jumping right behind the house! My kids learned to fish here and we always enjoy watching the boats go by while sitting on the back porch.
