Lakeside Dune Getaway
This charming 2 bedroom 1 bath play house is located right in the center of the beautiful town of Lakeside. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 is a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top. There is a cot and pack n play in the closet, if needed. Our kid friendly home is loaded with games and puzzles while offering plenty of parking for your motor toys of choice. We strive to keep it simple and affordable while still meeting all your needs. We are now pet friendly with 8x8 kennel but no fenced in yard.

If you enjoy the outdoors, we are minutes away from the ocean, the dunes and numerous lakes. You can enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, riding, boating, a walk on the beach or a night out at the casino. Want to rent a side x side? Syer’s is across the street with awesome rentals and 10% savings. Want to rent a pontoon, jet skis or kayak? The marina is just two blocks away. Whether you want an outdoor adventure or just a place to relax and unwind, our house is perfect for you.

Dune access is there but it also requires you to drive on the highway for 3 to 5 miles. It’s not a terrible ride. Might be ruff on your paddles. Overall it’s as advertised

Great Memorial weekend

Our family was camping near by at Eel Creek campground. This place was only 1 mile away and was great for us. Has everything we needed to host breakfast for the family

It was just me and my best friend over to go tuna fishing, but the weather did not let us get out. Still had a great time fishing for rock fish and crabbing, bonus car show going on. This place is close to a nice market and a few places to eat. The house is set up well if you were taking kids lots of game and other things for them to do. If you are in to the dunes they are close to that as well. Just not my thing. We would definitely stay again. We did not have pets but they are set up for it. Place was clean and they have all the house rule very welly written out.

This place was perfect for us to ride directly to the dunes from the house. Everything thing was clean and tidy and i loved that we could bring out dog.

This was the perfect place to stay for a lake destination. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I loved having all the games and puzzles at night. The flooring was perfect for such a sandy place. We’d definitely stay here again!!

Great place, comfortable beds, plenty of fun things to to, games etc, it was clean and had everything we needed. Right “downtown” small town Lakeside. The fans in each room were nice

Amazing Property

We came for the dunes. The property is well maintained. The house was clean. If you have children they would be in heaven. Quiet part of town. We would definitely stay here again

If you’re looking for a relax and quiet stay, this is not the place. Located by the main road and ATV rental is across the street, so it gets loud all day long. AC is loud and it can get really hot when it’s off. The house is…let’s just say; with the price I paid along with all the fees, I could have rented a much nicer place. I wish I looked into it a bit more.

Thank you for your feedback. With dune access and proximity to the beach, our location is going to attract UTV enthusiasts in the summer. The dune rental across the street is advertised in the house description as is dune access.

The house was great, my kids (7&10)loved it! Once we got our bearings and settled in we really enjoyed the house and location it was super convenient with a nice grocery store about a 2 minute walk away, and great hiking & adventures nearby (about an hour) in Coos Bay! Seemed like a lot of things are closed on Mondays and Tuesday's which is to be expected in a snall town setting like this, and especially since it was shoulder season, but it was still a great time and fun family getaway One big highlight was renting a SXS for 3 hours from Syer's Powersports and experienced ripping.around the beach & sand dunnes in a 4 seater Honda Talon (Paul and staff were great) and the shop is literally directly across the street from the house , it was sooo convenient and we were able to ride right from the house which was Awesome!!! Definitely a must do experience if your visiting Lakeside! This house and location made.for the perfect mini adventure home base!!

The location of this house is so convenient. It was a short drive to major tourist attractions and the town had everything we needed. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Lakeside is a beautiful town located in the center of it all. We love that you can ride through town allowing dune access from the house. Winchester Bay and Coos bay are 15 minutes away. We are a minute from the lake where we enjoy fishing and jet skiing. The grandkids love to come and hang out and the locals are friendly and helpful.
