The condo was nice as far as space and location. You honestly can't beat it. The details of the condo as far as cleanliness and upkeep/touchups could use a little more love, but overall it was a nice stay, we enjoyed staying here for a week.

The host was so welcoming. The rooms were clean and the place was so family friendly. We had multiple days where it rained and the indoor pool was so nice for those days. The walk to the beach is short and the room was stocked with chairs/umbrellas/floats/toys! We enjoyed every second and will definitely be back.

What an amazing stay! The check-in process was incredibly easy, and RealJoy provided excellent communication every step of the way, sending helpful reminders throughout the process.When we walked in, we were welcomed by soft classical music and a fresh, clean scent that immediately set the perfect vacation mood. The beds were SO comfortable, and I loved that there was an extra large, cozy comforter in the closet to use.The views from the 11th floor were absolutely spectacular! I was even able to compare them to my parents’ and sister’s condos on the 7th and 5th floors, and the higher floor definitely made a difference.This condo comfortably accommodates 3–4 guests with plenty of space. The only reason I rated the value as “Good” instead of “Excellent” on the price section is because my parents’ condo had a direct ocean view from their room and a larger patio for less. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Make sure you have a gate code to get into the property. We had every code but the gate code. The rinsing station is inside the pool gate. When it is lighting the pool gate is pad locked so you have no access to wash the sand off your chairs or feet when returning from the beach. Majestic Sun should have a maintenance person onsite. We had an issue with our door to the condo when we returned from dinner and the wait time was over an hour before someone could come fix it to let us in. When I explained that was unacceptable, Real Joy told me I could drive 15 minutes to get a key from their office. Needless to say that is what I did instead of an hour wait. But that was very inconvenient.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience with the missing gate code, the rinsing station access when the pool gate is padlocked during lightning, and the long wait to regain entry to the condo. That delay and the extra trip to our office were not the experience we aim to provide. We’ll share your feedback with the team managing Majestic Sun 1108B - Wave Whisper and with Majestic Sun property management to clarify gate/code procedures, rinse station access, and to review response and maintenance coverage so future stays aren’t disrupted. This condo was exactly as described. Three beds plus a sofa bed. Plenty of room for the four of us. Perfect for spring break!

All of the beds in this condo are very uncomfortable. We even went and bought a mattress topper while we stayed here to get a better nights rest. The view of the ocean is the best highlight of this condo, however because of the beds we will not come back.

AWESOME!

The view of the beach from this condo was stunning! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the location to nearby eateries and fun spots were great. We have small children and LOVED that the door to the balcony made a noise to alert us it was being opened (there is an option to turn it off as well). 10/10 would recommend this condo to others. We found our new vacation spot!

Beautiful Location

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean from the balcony. Bedrooms are a good size and having two bathrooms was a huge plus! Overall we had a nice visit and would definitely return! Some things to keep in mind for future visits:-bring your own bottles of hand soap (only small bar soap provided) -bring own spray cleaner and dish soap as there weren’t any provided-also the beds were very comfortable but there weren’t any blankets-we were cold and actually went out and bought blanketsAlso good to know the pool downstairs does not have a restroom so the only thing we figured is that people had to return to their room anytime the bathroom was needed? Minor issues but good to know for future stays! Thanks for opening your space, it’s very pretty!

We visited this condo with my family of 3 kids under the age of 5. We could not have been more impressed and happy with the accommodations and our stay overall. The unit was very clean. Beach toys and chairs provided were awesome. Communication with the host leading up to the rental was amazing. We had one issue on-site where we forgot the code to the door and the host was able to help us almost instantly. We will stay here again!
