Located above the popular Tap Yard Taproom, this unique space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're visiting for business, leisure, or a weekend getaway.
This thoughtfully designed studio loft features an open-concept layout that maximizes space and style. The murphy bed transforms the space for daytime use, while offering a comfortable and restful sleep at night. Enjoy the sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a rustic breakfast bar, and charming brick accents that create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Relax on the plush sofa and unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or gather with friends for a game of Jenga from the coffee table game stash. With plenty of natural light pouring in, the space feels open and airy, providing the perfect place to recharge after a busy day.

Stairs are required to access the unit.
Street parking only—no private parking is available.
Guests should dispose of trash in the dumpster located in the parking lot behind the building.
Long-term stays are welcome—please inquire for pricing.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests and their ages, who will be coming to the house. Max 2 guests allowed.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
