This is my second stay here. It’s peaceful and private. I love that I can bring my dog. Having your own private beach is the best.

Cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to keep our boat at the dock and bring our dog! The beach was lovely and we loved being able to sit on the porch and look out at the water. Overall we were able to relax, fish and swim which is exactly what we were looking for. I would not hesitate to book again l.

Great location, spectacular views. Small cottage but has everything we needed. My only recommendation would be ensuring there are paddles and life vests for the kayaks. Luckily we were able to borrow paddles from the next door neighbor. Plenty of food options in nearby Tilton, but also JJs, leads than 2 miles away had great food. Franklin Falls Dam park definitely worth a visit and great place to hike or walk the dogs. Would definitely return!

My comment on the listing is that there were items left on the beach by the prior guest: sunglasses, water bottles, etc. Inside the cabin was spotless. I do have two suggestions: first, the mini-fridge's freezer needs to be defrosted and its little door fixed. Also, the kayaks and canoes were filthy on the inside and need to be cleaned. I was really counting on kayaking and i didn't feel it was up to me to clean them out.

This was my first solo vacation. I could not have picked a better place. Beautiful location, your own private beach, and I could take me lil dog. Highly recommend a stay here!! My plan is to go back next year.

This cabin goes beyond the description of pictures and everything else. Absolute gorgeous property and the cabin was perfect. I could live there forever. Very private and our dog absolutely loved it. Close to everything you need for stores and restaurants but secluded feel. I would absolutely stay here over and over again. We cannot say enough positive things.

Amazing

Private beach front with adorable home. We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat. The lake was beautiful and the kayaks and canoes on site were perfect. The indoor cook top was small but great for just the two of us.
