Come enjoy a taste of Texas in our well decorated haven. Excellent for travel nurses- just 5 minute from Texoma Medical center. Enjoy the historic downtown Denison with shopping, restaurants, wineries and pubs. Waterloo Lake Park is 5 minutes away with playgrounds, hiking, fishing and kayaking. Lake Texoma is 15 minutes for fishing, boating and hiking. Choctaw Casino- 20 minutes. WindStar Casino - 60 minutes. You are guaranteed to make lasting memories at this unique place

You will enjoy a 700 sq foot apartment with a private entrance, full kitchen, queen size bed, daybed with trundle and a sofa sleeper. Two large TV’s, large patio with a privacy fence.

Guest has private entrance and complete access to this apartment with adjoining Sun Room, patio and privacy fence. There are no shared spaces. Plenty of room in back yard for kids and pets to play safely.

Great property with a nice backyard for pets. We have stayed multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience. The host is very responsive to any inquiry. We already have our next stay booked at Peg’s Place.

Had the most incredible overnight stay at pegs place! 10/10 especially if you have dogs, there’s a beautiful attached private backyard. Absolutely amazing experience

Wonderful place to stay while attending my 40th college reunion. Everything was clean & comfortable, & I especially loved having such a nice, safe fenced yard to let my dog out into. She was recently diagnosed with cancer so I wanted to bring her with me instead of leaving her with a pet sitter. Peg’s Place was the perfect home base for us for the weekend.

Great Stay at Peg's Place

Peg's Place felt like you were staying at a family members apartment! Very comfortable, homey, full kitchen, well appointed with everything you'll need. Private back patio and access to washer and dryer. This is in a neighborhood so please be courteous of the neighbors. Thank you for a great place to stay in Denison.

We stayed here both on our way to CO and on the return home. It is small but worked very well for the 2 of us. Listing showed 1 1/2 bath but only one bath which was fine and nicely done.

Property listed as small and it was but well furnished and comfortable. We will stay on our return trip and also future trips. Very nice rental and property manager is very good and easy to communicate with. Grass needed mowing but the fenced yard and patio area are very nice otherwise.

Motion Detection

It was a perfect place for me, my daughter (40) and my little dog (Sadie).The motion detector lights are too much for us, and who knew a train went by all through the night.??The next door dog was shafted by my having a dog, and I do not like that.Other than "noise", I would say the place was great.Thank You for hosting us!!
