This Property was as listed and would recommend. It was a great large space for friends and family staying together. Had amazing views of lake from multiple locations in house. Quiet nice neighborhood. Very clean, comfy and a wonderful stay. Access to water.. a bit steep to get up/down and at the time we stayed, smaller rocky beach area - but great spot to float and fish from.

We had an incredible stay at this Canyon Lake home and would absolutely come back. The views are simply breathtaking—starting each morning with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake was unforgettable, and every evening ended with spectacular sunsets from the deck. The peaceful setting made it easy to relax, and the home was the perfect place to unwind while taking in some of the best scenery we’ve experienced.The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for families. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, gather together, and enjoy quality time without ever feeling crowded. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway with incredible views, this property is hard to beat. Five stars all the way!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The place was way too big for the two of us and our 4 pound Chihuahua, Roxy, but we loved it. Floor to ceiling windows in most every room with great views of the lake. We loved sunning on the deck. We had everything we needed in the house. The bed in the master room was very comfortable. Roxy was quick to spot the deer and other wildlife around and put her barking skills to use.It was the tranquil time we were looking for, and we can see what an awesome experience a larger group would have here.lake.

We enjoyed staying at the house, but I felt that some things were in poor upkeep. The patio lights outside did not work. The pool table was quite dusty and the lights above it did not work. We also we also could not get the TV in the master bedroom to work.I felt the words direct access to the Lake was a bit inaccurate. While we were able to make it to the lake from the house, it was extremely tricky due to the low level of the lake. It would’ve also been nice if the shrubs/weeds were not overgrown on the stairs heading to the lake I felt this should have been disclosed.I did have communication with the property manager, and they were extremely prompt in responding however, will they agreed to send a handyman over he never arrived. I also asked for other points of direct access to the lake, but did not get the answer to this question until asking againThe stocked coffee was wonderful, but there were six of us and we could have used a few more baking items. However, we made it work with what we had.Overall, however, we really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated our time together at the lake

Views were gorgeous!! Great location to enjoy both Canyon Lake and floating the Guadalupe River and loved waking up to the view overlooking the lake. The house was plenty of space for our party of 9, and we really enjoyed that deer that came right up to the yard. The host was very responsive and helpful but the house itself was a bit more dated than it looked in the photos, and the kitchen a bit small. All in all, great trip!
