Most places listed as 'Punta Mita' are not actually near downtown Punta Mita. They are in the surrounding area. Almost all of these units would require a car or a very long hike to get to any form of market, restaurant, the marina for excursions, etc.

This luxurious ocean-view unit complete with a beautiful pool area offers everything you could need at a surprisingly low price. Most importantly, it is just as it looks in the pictures, which is not always the case. We are very proud to say that we constantly upgrade our unit and amenities and maintain our place at a higher standard than most in our price range.
