Very spacious, was more than enough room for our family of 8. Tu responded very quickly, check in was easy and property is very easy to find. 10 minutes to Toy story parking lot. Would recommend!

Tu was so prompt clear and helpful with communication. Check in & out process was seamless & hassle free. Location was absolutely perfect with visiting beaches, LA, Long Beach, knotts & Disney. The 3 bedrooms & everything was very clean & comfortable. Mahalo nui loa for helping to create our experience.

This place had nice beds and linens but the kitchen was extremely sparsely furnished and unfortunately we saw some cockroaches. Metal trash cans in the restrooms are extremely rusted from humidity and could be replaced with plastic as the rust makes it feel dirty.Also the ice maker did not work and the air conditioning made some places frigid but did not really reach the master bedroom.

First trip to CA and using VRBO, host was great and house was perfect we loved our stay and will return. We all loved the pool table.

This was a great place to stay. The location was great for all of our destinations in LA. The beds were the most confortable and spacious ive slept in at a rental. We had lots of room for our big family and we enjoyed the pool table. Host was very responsive amd neighborhood was pretty quiet and easy to find

Big Family

Overall the stay was great! We have a big family and we loved having a dining table large enough for all of us. The fact there was an iron and laundry facilities SAVED us on this trip. The only thing we noticed was the floor seemed unswept in the living room, which was unfortunate for our 10 month old who still mostly crawls. The bathroom doors were also a little finicky to lock, but they were able to which is the important part! Thank you for letting us stay, we would definitely rebook if we come to the area again (:

Cozy place

We wanted a place that was modest in price and comfortable as we attended a family wedding. The house was clean, and beds were comfortable and worked well for our group. It was a good location with easy access tothe main road and had good parking. I reached out to the host when we had a couple of needs and was accommodated quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the kitchen sink and dishwasher that we discovered mid-stay, but let the owner know and it will be repaired. We enjoyed the cozy living room and large television, and the pool table. There could be a few improvements made, but overall it worked really well for our family.

Great place at a great price

This place was perfect for our group comprised of 5 adults and two teens. Adequate sleeping for all with 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins (bunk bed), 1 sofa bed queen and one rollaway twin. We had a crazy thing happen one night when we woke up to a flood. Apparently a water pipe had burst. But the owner acted quickly and the water was cleaned up before the next night. He also comped us a free night as we no longer had hot water. With the exception of that one crazy thing, the place is very spacious and even has a very nice kitchen inside.

The home had some nice touches that we appreciated, including complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, paper products, and beach towels, which made our stay more convenient.However, there were several maintenance and safety issues that should be addressed. The bedroom door and the master bathroom door would not latch properly. The fire extinguisher was empty, and one smoke detector was missing batteries. Both bathrooms had rusted fixtures, the shower head was tied up because the mount was broken, and there was a hole in the master bedroom wall where the door had hit it. The railing on the top bunk was loose, and the master toilet would not flush correctly because the float arm was bent. We also noticed that the lockbox code did not appear to be changed between guests, which raised security concerns.Privacy was limited. The front sitting area’s window looks directly into the neighboring rental, and the back bedroom becomes quite warm while its window faces the walkway used by the rear rental. In addition, multiple packages for the back rental were delivered to our front door throughout our stay, creating repeated interruptions and confusion.Overall, the property has potential and the provided amenities were appreciated, but it would benefit from routine maintenance and attention to several safety and privacy concerns before future guests arrive.
