Available ONLY during the 2025 NFL draft. This spacious, private and peaceful 4000 sf home on 2 acres is only 18 minutes from Lambeau Field in Green Bay & ONLY 3 minutes from the N.E.W. zoo in Suamico & reforestation camp & adventure park (ziplining and more).
The rustic/industrial style home has plenty to offer, including full dining room, soaker tub in private primary bathroom, coffee/wine bar, walk-in pantry, full bar in basement, game room, workout room, & plenty of space to GATHER w/ 2 great rooms & open concepts on both main and basement level. Situated on a wooded lot in a quaint & peaceful subdivision.
Beds includes: King size & pull out sofa in primary, trundle bed with 2 - twins (bedroom #2), queen size bed (bedroom #3) and blow up mattresses (upon request) can be set up anywhere.
Can provide photos & list of all the kitchen amenities upon request. We plan to neutralize the spaces before your stay by removing our personal touches (photos, toys, etc).
Outside spaces include a fire table on front porch area and firepit and patio in back yard. Mostly wooded lot which gives you added privacy to the 2 acre lot in a subdivision.
All areas are open for use except for photography studio in basement and mechanical/storage room in basement.

I've lived on the outskirts of Green bay for 20 plus years. I do like the conveniences of being 10-15 minutes to Green Bay but LOVE my privacy surrounded by nature and wonderful neighbors. Our large yard tucked into a wooded 2 acre lot is great for outdoor gatherings. If this all sounds like something you would appreciate, this property is perfect for you!
