I come from an immigrant family, and hosting is something I genuinely love. There’s something amazing about welcoming people from all over, making sure they have a great stay, and sharing this neighborhood with them.

I also work in construction, so I love fixing things up, making spaces better, and creating a place where people feel at home.

You can walk to the mall for shopping or walk to the waterfront park, where you’ll be right across the water from Staten Island.

You’ll be close to the airport and just a short ride to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island, making it easy to explore.

Plus, the neighborhood is full of amazing local shops and restaurants, giving you a taste of the area’s unique charm and energy.
