Your home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in one of Las Vegas older, more established areas, known for its unique character and local charm. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, parties are not allowed, and gatherings outside the property are not permitted during quiet hours (9PM - 7AM)

This is Non-Smoking house, there is a designated smoking area outside; If House Rules are violated it will result in cancellation of reservation without reimbursement.

The Space:

Welcome to your new home! Whether for business or pleasure we hope you enjoy Las Vegas!

This 500 square foot studio has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room. Enjoy a stylish experience at your new centrally-located place with two bedrooms (TV in all bedrooms) and one bathroom.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Smart TV in the all bedrooms and living room, wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

You are 9 mins from Fremont (Old Vegas), 14 mins from the stratosphere, 15 mins from the Convention Center, 16 mins from the T-Mobile Arena (Las Vegas Knights Hockey), 17 mins from the Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Raiders Football), 25 mins from the airport and 14 mins from the ACTION! (Las Vegas Strip)

This is a little gem of a place for the price and it's quiet location. Nothing fancy but the amenities noted in the description was enough for a quiet, cozy and comfortable stay. Checking in a out was seamless and the brief message contacts by the host today to ensure our satisfaction with our stay was well received.

Nice space with everything I needed. Eating utensils and plates there. Pans and cooking utensils were not. Shower pressure was good. Good location to get around Vegas.

The goods - the room was spacious and clean - mini kitchen, cutlery, big sink - big fridge - relatively safe area - automatically lit walkway - plenty of street parking if you have a car - queen bed - reasonable price - straightforward communication of the host Things to be mindful of - Thin walls, some noises from other rooms could slip in (though very little) - raised ground at the door outside, need to be careful - low water pressure in the shower - mattress legs are a bit unstable - neighbor’s dog barking for a long period of time on some nights Overall a very nice stay

The property was very clean, but it may be wise to book a rental car instead of using Uber as it is a bit far from the Strip in that sense. Other than that, Fabrizio was very helpful and communicative. My only issue was the water pressure!

Place was big enough for 2. Quiet neibourhood. The space is very clean and tidy. Spacious fridge and good stove.Cooking area is pretty small with limited cooking utensils. Could offer better knives but that's just a small detail. Overall a good experience.

Location made it easy to get around for shopping and entertainment. Could use more utensils in the kitchen, like a can opener. one thing was out of our control, the use of marijuana in the area and not being able to effectively filter out the smell.
