A little about me

I’m happy to welcome guests to Villa Leonard and share a place that I truly love. I enjoy the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle, the beautiful Istrian coast, good food and discovering the many hidden corners of Istria.

As a host, my goal is to make every guest feel comfortable, welcome and at home. I pay attention to the little details and am always happy to share recommendations for beautiful beaches, local restaurants, day trips and places worth discovering.

We chose Baarbariga/Betiga because it offers the perfect combination of peace, nature and easy access to the beautiful Istrian coast.

We love the relaxed atmosphere of the neighborhood, the beautiful Mediterranean surroundings and the proximity to the sea and pebble beaches. It is a wonderful place to slow down, enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace, take a walk by the coast or simply relax away from the busy tourist crowds.

At the same time, the location is ideal for exploring Istria. Rovinj, Pula, Fažana and the Brijuni National Park are all within easy reach by car, making Barbariga a great base for discovering the region.

What we enjoy most is coming back after a day of exploring and enjoying the peace and privacy of Villa Leonard, surrounded by the beauty of the Istrian coast.

What makes our property stand out is that each apartment offers its own private outdoor experience. Our two upper apartments feature private rooftop terraces with their own hot tubs, while the other lower apartment has a private swimming pool.

All apartments are modern, stylish and carefully designed for a comfortable stay of up to four guests. The combination of private outdoor spaces, modern interiors and the peaceful Mediterranean surroundings makes Villa Leonard ideal for couples, families and friends looking for something more special than a traditional holiday apartment.

The location is another highlight. You can enjoy the peace of Barbariga/Betiga and the nearby beaches while being perfectly positioned to explore some of Istria's most beautiful destinations, including Rovinj, Pula, Fažana and the Brijuni Islands.

For us, Villa Leonard is about giving guests the freedom to enjoy their holiday their own way – whether that means relaxing by a private pool, unwinding in a rooftop hot tub or exploring everything Istria has to offer.
