We’re sorry to hear this guest’s stay didn’t meet expectations. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to help, troubleshoot, or make things right right away. Unfortunately, no concerns were reported to us during this stay. This home does have air conditioning, and instructions for operating it are provided both in the guest manual and on the dining table. The home also includes two TVs — one in the living room and one in the king bedroom. This is a multi-unit property, and we do disclose that in our listing and pre-arrival information. We were not notified of any noise concerns during the stay, but after checkout we discovered the downstairs guests had caused significant damage and disruption. Had we been made aware of the situation during the stay, we absolutely would have intervened immediately. The home features original hardwood floors that many guests specifically enjoy for their character and charm. While the exterior storm windows are still in place from winter season, we would have gladly sent someone over promptly if the windows or anything else had been brought to our attention. We truly value guest feedback and are always working to improve both the home and guest experience.
