My family of 9 stayed here for our yearly Havasu trip and had an amazing time. The property is exactly as pictured and Kevin is an excellent host. We had a few small issues that Kevin was quick to correct, and he made sure we were always doing good and enjoying our stay. I’d have no issue recommending this to future guests!

Home away from home

The house was an excellent stay for a large crowd. There were so many things to do to keep everyone happy and occupied. The kitchen isn’t fit for too many but we were able to cycle through and keep family happy with left overs. So much seating for dining and the pool was lovely! Wonderful stay

Kevin was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We had a great stay! The kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much everything you’d need for a vacation, which made cooking easy. The backyard is beautiful, and the hot tub was fantastic—we used it a lot. We were here during the winter so we didn’t plan on using the pool, though I did accidentally fall in it . There’s plenty of seating both outside and inside, lots of games to play, and a ton of parking. A huge selling point for us was being able to bring our dogs, which we really appreciated. They also provided plenty of towels, which was great with how often we used the hot tub.I really loved the remote controls for the overhead fans and lights—you could just lay in bed and turn everything on and off, which felt like the ultimate lazy vacation feature. The only minor, and I mean minor issue was that some of the plugs in the bedrooms were loose, which made charging phones a bit trickyIt was certainly not a deal killer! Our under 30 kids really enjoyed themselves. Overall, a really comfortable and well-equipped place!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had what we needed, which was so appreciated. The house was very comfortable and has plenty of beds. One thing I really appreciate is having some of the house amenities like the coffee machine, keurig and the little things like providing a spong, toilet paper, dish soap etc. just make the stay easier and not have to worry about bringing all the supplies. I also really loved the pool, and the umbrellas for some shade. This is a great home with plenty of things to keep us entertained.
