Fabulous place to stay! Everything was as said online and could not have been easier. Accommodations were amazing, beautiful view and so relaxing. Definitely want to book again sometime soon.

We had the best stay here! It was perfect in every way. Thoughtful touches all over the house from fresh flowers throughout to a welcome basket with wine and chocolates. Kitchen was very well appointed, comfortable beds and a million dollar view. We can’t wait to return!

We spent an enjoyable long weekend at the Bay Ridge cottage. It was nicely restored and decorated. The hosts had provided so many thoughtful extras to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. I commented to my wife that sometimes places look nicer in the photos than in reality - but this place looked exactly like the photos! We plan to return again…

This home is truly lovely. It is so inviting, renovated to provide everything you would want from a vacation rental, and decorated with such care and charm. The host left an incredibly thoughtful gift basket. The house is a very short walk from the bay with several small beaches perfect for our 4 year old. We also visited the playground at the marina and he had a blast. The view from the back deck of the water is exactly what we hoped to fall asleep and wake up to, and the area is great for beautiful and safe walks. And it’s a short and easy drive to Eastport and downtown. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Relaxing and Luxurious Getaway

My friends and I could only get away from work and families for one night, though we wished we could stay longer, because the property was so lovely and perfect. It is a bright, spacious, and cheerful space with lovely details that make it feel like an escape while still being a home away from home. The beds are very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well outfitted and we had everything we needed. We appreciated all the candles and there were even fresh flowers! We used all of the seating areas, all of which were great. The living area is a perfect place to just camp out and chat. The outdoor patio has a shaded dining area where we ate breakfast, as well as another seating area with a direct view of the beach.It was a short walk to the lovely beachfront, which has pockets of beaches to hang out in but also a paved walkway that's perfect for a jog or long walk. I think this would be a great place to stay for a family with two kids. I could also see it working for two couples or friend reunions (like us).I loved this property – I feel rested and restored after just one night! Thanks so much to our host for setting us up so nicely.
