We were there for one night but Phoebe’s rental is perfect. Very clean, has everything you’ll need and in a beautiful serene neighborhood with privacy. She welcomed us on arrival and had a wonderful conversation when leaving the next morning. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but were meeting family. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfect location for visiting our family in Cumming and shopping in Alpharetta. A very quiet setting and the studio was so comfortable.

Our host Phoebe was very attentive and made us aware that anything we needed she would help with. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything is there for your enjoyment. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I stayed with my pup on a business training trip. Host was amazing. The place was clean, really enjoyed the outdoor private yard. Very quiet rural area, but not far from the city of Alpharetta and lots of hiking trails in the area.

Very comfortable. Adorable decor! We were visiting family about 10 minutes away in Cumming. This was a perfect location for our situation. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect space for a couple. Only got to stay for two nights, but will definitely stay again when returning to the area. The parking space is a little tight for two full sized vehicles, but we managed without any damage. lol.

Nice apartment attached to home in quiet area but close to a grocery store, bar and restaurants. There are two other rentals so be sure you know which gate to go through. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed slopped to the middle. But everything else was perfect. There are even a washer and dryer to do a quick load if you have a need.

This property was exactly as listed and is a STEAL for the price! The property owner was very nice and responsive, and the overall atmosphere was very calming and welcoming.

A place of respite and restoration

Phoebe’s place is amazing! There is such brilliance in the design of the space. If I were single and needed a place to stay and it was available I would live in this space! Everything about it gives the feel of intentional design, comfort, convenience, and beauty. One of my favorite VRBO stays! I would definitely stay again!

Property was pet friendly but I opted not to bring my dog. The fence and backyard area would be perfect for a pet!There is one parking spot which is convenient and easily accessible to the rental property. Our second car was parked on the street which is in a quiet neighborhood.

Quiet and relaxing

The place was clean. Had many niceties such as coffee, filters, plenty of blankets and relaxing seating. It was in a culdasac and a very peaceful area. I can’t say enough nice things.

Cozy and Clean

I loved this stay as it was very beautiful. This space is probably one of the cleanest I stay in and I’m a germaphobe lol. It could use some curtains on the front glass door for optimal privacy, but the yard was cozy and closed off so it kinda works. Overall this stay was very comfortable 10/10, I’d come again
