We had a wonderful family weekend at Joyce‘s place for our son’s wedding in Griffin. The house is very spacious, spotless, and well appointed. The beds are great with comfortable mattresses and nice linens. Communication was fantastic. Such a beautiful property.

Loved our stay! House was very clean, welcoming throughout. Spacious, large room and plenty of beds, Fantastic kitchen! Perfect for family gatherings & events, indoors & out. Kids LOVED fishing and being able to play indoor games spacious garage. Nice enclosed porch with seating. Perfect location to town & venues. Plenty of parking.

Joyce's Place was an excellent experience! We were in town for a wedding and the host was very responsive! Everything we could think of needing was there and the home was clean and beautiful! We would definitely recommend and reuse this location!

The kitchen was huge, great for cooking for our family. We loved the house and the grounds were beautiful. Pet friendly and the views were amazing. This is our second stay on property, we will be back next year.

We had a great stay at Joyce's Place. A member of our party left behind his watch and the host reached out to us and offered to mail it back to us. Great host with excellent communication and a wonderful place to stay. Would book again.

Our family stays in a lot of VRBOs for family get togethers. So when we were coming down to Misty Acres for our daughter's wedding, we started looking for a VRBO for the family to stay in before and after the wedding. We chose Joyce's Place because it looked like the perfect accommodation for what we needed. It was so much more than what we had expected and had even hoped for. Not only was the property spacious with plenty of room for the family, but there was every accessory, appliance, or any other item that we might need. It made it so easy for us to be there and put our focus on the wedding and our daughter who was getting married instead of having to focus on details around where we were staying. We all agreed that of all the places we've stayed, this was by far the very best accommodation we have stayed in... VRBO or any other. Thank you so much to the family who provides this place for others because it was exactly what we needed to help us prepare for and celebrate this special time for our family. We will definitely come back and book this place again just for a family gathering.... and we're looking forward to coming back.

We were there for a wedding and it was a big spacious property with lots of room for adults and kids to play. Beautiful views and plenty of comfy seating outside and indoors. Very spacious.

The property was absolutely amazing! We hosted our rehearsal dinner here with the approval of Courtney, and it was amazing! We also hosted our wedding party for the weekend of our wedding, that Saturday, and it was the perfect amount of space for the 14 of us.

This place is unbelievable! Very spacious. We had 9 adults. Plenty of room for anything you choose to do. Amenities were great!

This property is beautiful, clean and inviting in a peaceful setting. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. We chose to stay here so our daughter and her bridesmaids had plenty of room to relax and get ready. Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. Thank you for all the details- light switches clearly marked, extra paper towels- cookware! We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large group, small group weekend retreat or family reunion.

Neel Family Reunion

If I could give Joyce place at Addis acres 100 stars I would! From the booking with Courtney to check out it was an amazing trip!Besides being breathtakingly, beautiful property, the house was beyond clean and stocked with everything a large family or gathering would need. Easy, reliable, and excellent communication with all the hosts. What started as a family reunion beach trip that had to be changed due to an illness-and a lot of disappointment that we were not going to the beach-ended up being the best, most amazing trip for our family reunion. And great grandfather and great grandmother got to participate!Thanks again Addis Acres for all the sweet fun, beautiful family memories!

Our stay at Joyce's Place on beautiful Addis Acres exceeded every expectation. The accommodations were absolutely excellent - everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen is a chef's dream with its generous size and fantastic amenities that made meal preparation and family time fun for all. What truly sets this property apart is the stunning acreage surrounding it. The grounds are beautifully maintained and offer such a peaceful, serene atmosphere that we found ourselves spending hours just enjoying the natural beauty (with the OKC Thunder game playing on the huge outside TV of course!)The Wall’s have created something really special here. Whether you're looking for a family getaway, romantic retreat, or simply a place to recharge, this property delivers on all fronts. We're already planning our return visit!Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the Griffin area. Five stars without hesitation!

AMAZING!!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home or the host!! The home is huge, clean, the decor is beautiful!!! If you need a home for a large family or out of town stay this is it! Sunroom, covered outdoor sitting area with firepit, pond for fishing. My family rented this home and another home on the property for my daughter’s wedding and it could not have been any more perfect!!
