Great little place for the price!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I had a great trip. The rental was clean and mostly well maintained. It was good for 2 people, but due to size I wouldn't really suggest more unless they are small children. The company handling the rental was very responsive and helpful. The area had a lot to do within a short walk or drive. We were not thrilled to find the large construction pier outside. Its not pretty to look at. But there was not a ton of noise from the construction, so that was a plus. Overall, I would stay here again at this price!

The room was great it was exactly as listed. The place was clean and the kitchen was a big help to us as we brought our own food to help on the expenses of eating out daily! The indoor pool was freezing though so we mainly opted out for the beach and sun instead! They do have an outdoor pool but it stayed pretty full. The handicap parking wasn’t the best they only had 2 spots where you could effectively get in and out, the other 3 spots was so close to the concrete columns you barely could open the doors without hitting your car doors! So a total of 5 spots for handicap parking….Besides that feature the stay all in all was great for our family. The hot tub was great and the view was incredible from our room minus the cranes they had on the pier!

Think twice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rooms look nice but where to begin? There is nobody on site to help. You shower in “whale song”. The shower makes a loud sound like Dori from Finding Nemo speaking whale. We named the couch “parker” it feels like sitting on a park bench. It’s impossible to get comfortable. We called the coffee pot Sir Drips A lot. The water pours out as it is added. The beds were Artie and Death Valley. One had such a dip in the middle two people could not sleep on it. The other was in front of the A/C and it was cold as the arctic. The white bedspreads weren’t. When we were there the hot tub was only functioning one day out of the week. One positive were the chairs on the balcony. They were comfortable and the view was nice.

We were delighted with our stay. The clean and cozy space felt like home with incredibly comfortable beds. Although one of the beds did sink slightly in the middle, it didn't compromise our sleep quality. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. If we were to nit pick, it would be that the bathroom was a tad bit snug, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Checkin was smooth. Received the codes to get in an hour before checkin time. Tub drain was slow. By the time you got out of the shower you were standing in water to your ankles. I contacted host and they sent someone that day to look at it. It dis nit get fixed during our stay. The unit smelled “moist”. Maybe from the air conditioner. I wiped the seal around the fridge door and the air conditioner vents with disinfectant wipes because they were a bit moldy. Otherwise the unit was very clean. The listing stated 2 queen beds and a sofa bed- there was no sofa bed but we really didn’t need it. There was people in another unit that were blasting music and smoking weed on their balcony- management put up a sign in the elevator reminding people of the no smoking policy. It was not effective. The outside pool and grounds were well maintained. The laundry room was clean. The “fitness center” was very limited in what machines were available but that is expected at a normal hotel. Planet fitness is not far away. The view from the balcony did show the beach, but be aware that a drainage system pier is next door and mars the view to the right. We loved being right on the beach and being able to just walk down a boardwalk to access it. Overall great value.

Check-in process was easy. Doors and mirrors were dingy. We struggled to have consistant hot water. Maintenance came to rectify the situation. He told us it was fixed, however it never was. Our showers would go from dcalding hot for about 10-15 seconds to ice cold. We had to shut tge water off and on repeatedly to shower with some sort of warmth (which meant scalding hot)

Great place overall

This place is as advertised overall. Great location on the beach and about a twenty minute walk to the boardwalk. There’s work being done constructing a new pier on the beach and is in your field of vision when sitting out on the balcony and on weekdays they are making some noise while your on the beach, but nothing terrible.The room is really nice and mainly all redone. The lobby and pool area in this building are dated and look a bit older than on the pictures on the site

Easy accessible and walking disrance to beach area. Areas were clean and maintained in building. In this unit we had some trouble with the fitted sheets staying on the mattress. Small water drops were falling from the ceiling near the couch area. Maintenance checked out the leak and assured us it would be repaired.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, but the tv in the living room always was roaming and had to watch it in the bedroom. The couch was not comfortable for older people. Had only one trash bag and had to go pay some.
