We had a great stay and the apartment was exactly as described. The location was excellent and made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and nearby shops. The ocean views from the balcony were beautiful and a highlight of the trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and check-in was very easy. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was responsive. The A/C is only in the bedroom. Parking was easy to find the one day I needed it. The place is close to a lot of places. I was able to walk to a lot. That was nice.

We had a great stay in Condado. Location! Location! Location! Easy walk to great restaurants and beaches in Condado. We also walked down to Viejo San Juan 3 few times. It was great waking up and having our coffee on the balcony looking over the ocean. The building is clean and secure and the condo offered everything we needed.

View was as good as promised. Location was excellent. Easy to get to beach and restaurants. Was concerned about parking but turned out to be very easy to park and garage attendant was extremely helpful.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The view is amazing. We enjoyed the property and surrounding areas. Host was attentive and made everything easy. Looking forward to going back.

The location and ocean-view apartment were great. Really enjoyed the balcony. Air conditioning worked well on the hot days. Edward was quick to respond to all messages.

Decent property, some slightly scuffed areas, but couldn't ask for a more reasonable rate and great location amenities. Host was very communicative and thoughtful. More details (trip was in October 2026), that may be helpful:The front door opens over some raised tile so push slightly harder to get in & it will squeal when you shut it; but electronic locks are easy to use. The AC unit is only in the primary bedroom, but very powerful. Just note the rest of the apartment can get a little bit warm. There is a 24-hour liquor/grocery store like 2-3 blocks from the apartment building, stocked with some of the basic essentials - very helpful!Kitchen is stocked with most of the bare essentials like cutlery, pans, pots, and dishware, and sometimes has shelf-stable items like cooking oil or spices. Condado neighborhood can be a little noisy at night, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, but the apartment building overall is very quiet, and I had no problem falling asleep.There is a washer & dryer in the apartment, but you typically have to buy your own detergent. Shower & bathroom are fine. Generic Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash are provided along with towels. Some drawer space, may need to re-arrange things, but can typically fit plenty. Overall 4.8-5/5 stars. Would recommend.

The main highlight of this place is the location and views. However, the apartment could use more thorough cleaning and some updates. It’s also worth noting that the AC is only in the bedroom, and the beach chairs were unfortunately not usable. It would also enhance the experience if the host provided small touches like water bottles upon arrival and some recommendations for nearby dining, as more detailed guidance overall would be helpful.

We appreciate your feedback. However, we do want to clarify that during the first three days of your stay, no concerns were brought to our attention, and everything appeared to be satisfactory. It was only on the final day that multiple issues were raised, along with a request for a discount and a free stay. We always strive to address any concerns promptly when they are communicated to us during the stay, as this gives us the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, last-minute complaints make it difficult for us to assist effectively and can feel inconsistent with the overall experience described earlier. We kindly encourage future guests to communicate any issues as they arise so we can ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.

The location was great. It was in a safe area. The building was well secured. I felt safe leaving my teenage son there by himself. It was walking distance to the beach, convenient stores and a short Uber drive to Viejo San Juan. The space was clean and it had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Great location and very responsive host. Just a few minor things in need of repair (cabinet door in kitchen, logs on sliding doors/windows, light switch in bathroom). When asked to fix the light (it wouldn’t turn off) it was done within 24h. Thank you!

Ocean view in Condado

This was a very nice condo with a beautiful view. It’s on the main street so it’s busy and loud which didn’t bother us but could bother others. It’s very convenient to restaurants, shops, the beach, casino, parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host responded to any questions immediately and was very gracious!

Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and beach. BEAUTIFUL ocean view from the balcony. Easy bus ride from the airport and to old San Juan. Comfortable bed and good AC.
