Studio on the lower South Hill, close to I 90 freeway, Public transportation, Coffee shops and Grocery store at walking distance. Downtown is only 10 min away, with lots of entertainment, wineries, breweries, restaurants, theaters. 14 golf courses, ski resorts, hiking trails are nearby.

Clean inside some things need to be fixed Toilet wouldn't stop running, shower door hard to close, bathroom door hard to close, drive way was really tight to enter, host was very quick to respond, good if you just need a place to sleep, for the price I would recommend this place, definitely better then dealing with a hotel.

This is such a charming rental, and it was the perfect spot for me on a recent visit to Spokane. The unit itself is a converted garage/guest house. It was quiet, clean and quite comfortable; with all the amenities that I needed. Communication with Sophie was smooth and easy from start to finish. She made sure all my needs were met during my stay. The unit itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was exactly what I needed to prepare my meals. I will definitely be staying here again!

The space was clean and easy to navigate with crutches. The host is very kind and welcoming! Communication was great before the trip, during, and after check-out. Everything necessary for a stay for a few days was provided.

Cozy Stay

This is a cute cozy place to stay that was affordable and had all the necessities of a home away from home. It is a an older building but was clean and had everything we needed.

Super cozy with excellent parking. Location is fantastic. Located on a fairly quiet street just minutes from downtown and also a mere few blocks from Fred Meyer which has everything you could possibly need.I really enjoyed how well equipped the kitchenette was and the amount of space in the living area. Also, as other reviewers had mentioned, the bed was exceedingly comfortable. I will absolutely consider booking this unit again when I return to Spokane in the future.

This Casita is nestled back from the road, on a shady property, next door to the owner. Although it's exceptionally quiet and private, it's just a couple of minutes from I-90 and any retail store you might need.It is a very large studio with an ample living room, kitchen, bath and bedroom area. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and I found it to be more than adequate for preparing several meals.The A/C kept us nice and cool during a very warm Spokane weekend.The bedroom area is at the opposite end of the unit from the kitchen, so it affords a bit of privacy and peace. The bed is quite comfortable, leaning toward soft versus firm. The linens are high quality.The owner, Sophie, is charming, accommodating and quite gracious. Her communication style is on-point and she is unobtrusive.The only criticism I can think of is the bathroom door requires a little effort to close; this won't be a deal breaker for most folks, though.This was the perfect place for us while my partner attended a nursing-related program at Gonzaga. We'll be returning. Highly recommended!

Quiet. We enjoyed our stay, Sophie was clear and helpful.The accommodation was comfortable and clean with a small but usable kitchen. The bed was especially comfortable. There's plenty of space to park on the drive directly in front. AC and heating when needed.

Just what we needed!

It was just as advertised, and suited our needs perfectly for the weekend. We didn't cook anything but there was a 2 burner hot plate if we had wanted to. The heaters worked well to take off the chill and it as a super comfy bed!

This little casita is very cozy, peaceful, and calming. Sophie was thorough when checking us in and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient to downtown (about 10 minutes or less by car). I highly recommend staying in this sweet place!

TV was hard to figure out what channel or streaming was available. My stay was wonderful and will keep it in mind for future trips. So easy to park right in front of unit. All you need through out the suit.Thank youKathleen Grizzle
