There is plenty of on-property parking for vehicles as well as trailers. The property is surrounded by woods on three sides, with a view of Greers Ferry Lake from the living room, master bedroom, and deck. The Fairfield Bay Marina is just a half mile away. They offer boat rentals as well as limited overnight slip rentals. In addition to great fishing in the lake, world class trout fishing on the Little Red River is just 45 minutes away as well.

There is entertainment nearby such as a golf courses, bowling alley, tennis and pickle ball courts, miniature golf, disc golf, historic sites, and of course, all things lake-related. The nearby marina also offers ferry service out to Sugarloaf Mountain...the state's only National Recreation Trail on an island. Two trails will take you along the base of the mountain or ascend to the summit, 1,000 feet above sea level for some amazing views of the lake.
