This home was perfect for my family who was in town for a wedding. The communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. Great location. Great amenities. We loved it and I hope to stay here again.

Spacious home with many activities. We enjoyed the pool. the hot tub, the putting area and the pool room. We rode the bicycles around the neighborhood. Everyone stayed busy when we had free time.

I travel with 17 family members, children and grandchildren. We had a great time, the host did an exceptional job with communicating and ensuring everything was to our liking. The property was a great fit for all of our enjoyment with plenty of space and entertainment.

Wow. The entire house was amazing. So spacious and plenty to do while inside or out. Pool and hot tub were great! The massage chairs were fantastic. Outdoor ping ping tables and mini putting area were so fun during the day. The host was easily reachable and very helpful when contacted. Would absolutely come back again. Thank you for your hospitality!

FAMILY VACATION HOME! We had an amazing trip celebrating our daughter’s graduation from medical school. Had many family members join us and it was amazing how much room we all had to hang out and enjoy eachother’s company. The amenities are amazing and the owner communicates everything clearly. We had one little hiccup during our stay and she immediately answered and got someone to come fix the problem. She then went above and beyond and ordered us all some tasty dinner. Definitely will be going back!

Very accommodating and entertaining house to stay at. Tile floor on the first level is always cold and clammy feeling on bare feet. Yes it does park 6 cars, but parking for large trucks is very tight. Clean, nice, and very good hosts.

Hi Ryan, Thank you so much for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re glad you found the home clean, comfortable, and enjoyed your stay overall. Regarding the flooring, the first level is finished with tile, which is very common in Florida homes. The floors are not heated, and the cool feel is actually a result of the air conditioning working efficiently in our warm climate. As for parking, the property comfortably accommodates up to six standard-sized vehicles, which is also what is permitted locally. Large trucks are not allowed per the City of Cutler Bay regulations, and the driveway was designed accordingly. AMAZING PLACE!!!

When I saw the listing I was almost scared to book because it seemed too good to be true. All the amenities available.. spacious… I was so happy to have booked because my family and I had the most wonderful time. The pool is spectacular! Rooms are spacious and great for a big family! Don’t look any further.. JUST BOOK!

Our family had a wonderful week-long stay at the Cutler Bay house. Just as shown in the pictures, the house is comfortable, well-maintained, and full of thoughtful touches. The amenities made our "home days" especially fun for our kids (ages 9 and 14) and enjoyable for my wife and me. We really appreciated the friendly and responsive owners. The outdoor space felt like a private playground, with a warm, beautifully lit pool and an exceptionally clean hot tub. The kitchen was well-equipped—we were pleasantly surprised to find a rice cooker and an air fryer! The beds were very comfortable, and the number of bedrooms made it ideal for larger families too. With big TVs both upstairs and downstairs, we even had dual movie nights—such a treat! We had so much fun. The next time we visit Miami, we’ll definitely be back!
