Perfect vacation house

I cannot say enough just how utterly perfect the house and location was. Spetses has the perfect combination of restaurants and shops along with beautiful isolated walks and beaches . The house and the host were incredible. There is not a single thing I could ask them to improve upon. The rooms were large and comfortable, the location superb and the hosts very responsive to any needs . And the snorkeling!!! We even saw an octopus which was one of the highlights of our trip.

Excelent Spot for summer Holidays

the house is on the beach! the view is perfect, and the people are very friendly what more do you want!? nothing.. that is why i had the best vacation in Greece ever. i recommend this house for families or 2-3 couples. Spetses island is also very beautiful and offers a great variety of things to do, from late drinks to long walks by the sea and everything is walking time from the house. The food is also delicious!!! i loved the lower veranda of the house, very romantic at night!! it is literally on the sea!

Family Wedding Celebrations in Spetses

The house was perfect to accommodate our family of 11 people. The waterfront views on the veranda were magical, a great place to relax in the cool shade.The property mentioned a hot tub which we never found, but otherwise it was a comfortable space for all. We walked to several beautiful beaches as well as spots to get coffee and croissants. Local restaurants were within walking distance and the fresh fish was amazing. For taxi service you need to plan ahead.Achilles and Mia were most helpful especially arranging water taxis’ to and from the island along with other questions we had.Enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location and terrace, but needs some work

Location is stunning, terrace is perfect, host Achilles was great. All 5 stars, without question.The house needs about 10,000 euros of upgrades. It feels like these small issues have been ignored for many years. Many parts of the villa feel 3 star, but with just a little work they can feel 4 star.Beds are extremely hard, bathrooms need moldy caulk removed and general fixes, hot water system needs fixing (you have to turn off the hot water before use), general cleaning could be better.The villa worked amazingly for our family stay. But the villa was not romantic for the adults, because of the issues mentioned above.

It’s the second time I stayed there and surely it

If you want to enjoy the beautiful island of Spetses this is the right place to stay for short breakouts or longer vacations .Actually I have stayed there before in summer of 2015 which was gorgeous ( although hot enough ),and recently was our second time in an attempt to get to know Spetses in spring time . And we were right in our decision . the climate is perfect in MAY, warm enough to swim in front of the villa but not as hot as in summer . the aromas from the flourishing trees and plant is marvelous and the walking around the town is so pleasant . The villa , standing on top of the beach by the sea , overlooking the gulf and Peloponnese coast line is a unique place to stay and I am sure this was not my last visit . Achi and his wife were as always very helpful and satisfied all our requests . We thank you for our marvelous and relaxing holiday

Stylish and picturesque relax!!

Ι’ ve been to “Villa Mia” last September for almost a fortnight, amidst my few best island vacations in Greece ever! I could not complain about the house, none of all 4 of us could! Roomy, comfy, ordered, luxurious with well-designed privacy and independence for each one in the company. Quietness, quietness! Partly due to September lull you could hear the engine buzz of those taxi boats crossing the channel to Porto Heli, even the clatter of hoofs of the donkeys passing by the back road. But the superb veranda view would be there to remind you the beauty of the sea that mostly invited you to an island... only 10 meters across... that far to dive to its blue clarity! Thank you Mia, superb host! We’ll try May too!

My favorite sea side villa

The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. The sea view is amazing from any corner of the villa and of course from the various verandas and terraces . The property photos really don't represent the magnificent environment! Villa owners make it feel like home and everything we needed for our stay was there. All people in the group had a wonderful break with plenty to do in the villa. Taverns are close and night life a bit further away. The weather was great, warm during daytime and dry. Spetses is a small and beautiful island and the round tour is essential ,either with bike or motor bike, or boat . Easy to reach from Athens by car through picturesque locations of Peloponnese coastline. A stopover for coffee at Epidaurus it’s a must , the view is breathtaking. The ideal place for large families and groups looking for a truly relaxing long or short break in a uniquely located villa by the sea. I recommend this absolutely.

Greek Retreat

This property is in the best location of all of Spetses! The house is right on a lovely beach that is quite private. Quite close to a market, restaurants and town. Owner very helpful and responsive! We would love to return :)

Best Locatoon, Right In Front of the Beach!

This house is very beautiful and very well equipped. Much nicer that the pictures show. We where 9 people - all adults in the age of 25 - and we all had our privacy, since the house in total has 9 different bedrooms (each one of us had his own). In general, the house was big enough and spacious for all of us. The highlight of the house is the lovely outdoor area, perfect for our nights in and for our morning swimming at the beach. The house is literally located on the beach. Amazing!! Very nice area, very close to Kaiki Beach (less than 2 minutes walking), quiet and just a short walk to the city centre (less than 15 minutes walking). Achileas and Mia were very helpful with all the information we needed. I highly recommend them!! I hope to be back soon! Thank you a lot for everything! Best Regards, TK

Excellent property and great hosts

My wife and I took her parents as well as our children to Spetses for 1 week. The experience was a memorable one. The house was clean and perfectly located on the beach. There are great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Achilles was responsive to our every question before, during and after the trip. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Amazing holidays

We stayed in this amazing and beautiful villa during our holiday for 6 days with family and friends . The house is literally in front of the beach and by the sea shore. Despite we were a big group, altogether 14 ,the accommodation was perfect and comfortable and nothing was missing in our everyday life. Down town is at walking distance but in case you want the bus service was also very handy. A couple of days we rented bikes with which we made an island round tour and that was really enjoyable . The island of Spetses together with this lovely property by the sea will make me to remember these days forever. I hope someday I come back . The home owners are truly great and helpful . This is what I call Greek hospitality...

Very Satisfied, would definitely recommend

Last summer a group of 10 people including friends and family stayed there, and we absolutely loved it. The house is conveniently located on a beautiful small beach where the view overlooks the gulf and coastline, all you have to do is walk outside and go for a swim! All the necessary facilities were included, where everything was well equipped and tastefully decorated. A very pleasant atmosphere in general. Even though some of us rented bikes and took the bus, most of the time we spent walking to the town centre seeing that it is so close. The Greek Taverns are excellent and all close together, however there is a variety of restaurants in walking distance to the house, which gave us a lot of options, where international cuisine was one of them. Lovely island with lots of entertainment and amazing beaches . Owners are great hosts and very willing to help with anything you need. Overall, could not be more happy with the house. The stay was simply delightful and I would definitely recommend!

Very large and clean home. Great location close to centre and beaches . Located right on a small beach . The owners are great and welcoming hosts. Many memories created with family. Will definately stay there again .

Spacious house. Great Location.

We were a party of 15 people and the house was perfect for a large group. The veranda is a super nice place to hang out when its too warm and in the evening and it has a beautiful view. The beach in front of the house is not used by many others and is perfect for a morning swim. The standard of the bathrooms and kitchen could be better but every thing works. It was a bit complicated to shower with hot water and it demanded some logistics with different switches. Overall we had a very nice stay! Thanks.

Amazing house and location

The house was absolutely perfect, with a high standard, comfortable bedrooms and all the facilities needed for a great stay. The immediate access to the beach was unique and made the stay something very special. We were a large group, 13-15 and had no problems with lack of space, as the house has multiple outdoor spaces. The close connection to the port and shops etc. was also very nice. We also enjoyed several bike rides around the beautiful Island, and would really recommend Spetses as a destination. The grocery store by the port also offered free delivery of what we bought, so that we didn’t have to carry the bags back to the house, witch was perfect. The host was also great, offering local tips, provided transportation from the harbour to the house, and provided all the information we needed, and responded immediately on messages, so the communication worked out very smooth. We are very happy with our stay, and will really recommend the house to others, as it is quite unique.

honest and good owner

The owners of this property are very friendly and honest. me and my family had a very good time in Spetses Island. the house is quite large and comfortable, and it is in front of the sea which makes it very easy to go swimming especially if you have children like me, they can just play on the beach in front of the house and you can watch them from the balcony!! The view is very nice and relaxing. Spetses is a very safe and good place to go if you have children i recommend both this house and the island. Great place for vacation and one of the most beautiful island in Greece.

Simply wonderful !!

One of the best accomodation we' ve ever had and certainly the best among our many trips to the greek islands. Great location, 15 minutes walking distance from Spetses center, in a very quite area. Well- designed rooms and an extremely big and beautiful terrace with a sea- view. Very friendly and helpful owners. We already look forward to return!!! Thank you Achilles and Mia!
