This house has everything for a large family. Plenty of activities to enjoy and spaces to eat, hang out and lovely bedrooms. Our kiddos had a blast in backyard swimming in the gorgeous pool and playing all the games. It's a perfect vacation home. The owners took care of every detail.

Of course the house was perfect for our large group. We had a few couples and if we weren’t watching a game and shooting some stick, we were outside watching the game and playing in the pool. The sport court made for some epic competitions too. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed to put out amazing dinner spreads. The neighborhood was super quiet and less than 10 minutes from groceries and restaurants. The host was also amazing, accessible, and wonderful to deal with. I’ll be booking this property again ASAP.

This home is beautiful, clean and with so many things to do for our group of 11. It was spacious and had a great kitchen to cook in. The pool was used daily as AZ July weather is no joke! My only recommendation would maybe some more shade umbrellas near the pool. The host,Jason, was always quick to respond to anything we had questions about. I highly recommend this spot for a group!!!

All 13 of us enjoyed the quality of the mattresses, the variety of activities accessible, the spaciousness, and the location of this older home. The pickleball court was a hit with many!

This was the perfect spot for our stay with a group of 13! The property was just as advertised, extremely clean with great amenities and located in a nice neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating and the check in and check out process was simple! I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Super fun place!!

We had a great stay at this awesome house. It’s super fun for families with kids. Putt putt, pickle ball, basketball, video games, pool, spa. It has it all. And the host was super helpful every step of the way.

Leadership retreat

A great property for a large group. Lots to do, clean, well supplied. My only note would be that there isn’t much shade in the yard, umbrellas or an awning would be a perfect addition.

An Oasis in the desert!

Great home for family and friends! We were 8 athletes going to surf the newest wave located about 20 minutes away. Not only was the home very spacious giving everyone some needed space to unwind, but had great areas to spend as a group both in and out. Plenty of beds/ baths for us. Sports court and outdoor areas with pool and spa were perfect for old friends to gather and reminisce over some frosty beverages! Thanks for your hospitality! Super easy access to the freeway, yet the home is in a very quiet and secure neighborhood! Quality appointments throughout the home made everyone very comfortable!

The check in and check out were easy. The house was clean (the little bit of carpet in the house could use a cleaning) the kitchen was clean and VERY well stocked with plenty of dishes/cups/etc. We didn't ever feel like we were having to wash dishes because we ran out. Lots of towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen could use more towels and better paper towels. Loved the pool table, sport court and putting greens. The net for pickleball needs to be fixed, but we got it to work. Lots to do just at the house. For the less favorable. Quite a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed and fixed. Interior doors that the locks don't work. No screens in the windows. Some of the rooms had lightbulbs out. There is a leak in the basement bedroom that soaked one of our families bags. The floor in that bedroom is warped pretty bad. We put a bucket under the leak which seems to happen when the shower on the second floor is used. No garage door opener. The spa was difficult to manage so we rarely got to use it because it would shut off. The spa was high on our list of things we wanted so that was a bummer. I felt like I had to babysit the app or else we had to wait hours and hours for it to be warm enough to use. Since it doesn't have a cover it would return to air temperature quickly. When it worked we enjoyed it and it was clean. Lots of space for our big group. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good overall, needs some maintenance attention.
