Place was great. We paid for early chexk in, but had to remind host before we were given check in info. Once we reached out, everything came in quickly.

The host is very responsive and helpful. We were mostly worried about street parking. Host was very honest and told us concern about availability of street parking after 5pm on a weekend on our arrival. But actually it’s not too bad, found one within 10min after circling around. It’s more of our own parallel parking skill that was an issue. All sorted out. Great vibrant neighbourhood, good restaurant, grocery store nearby, very safe and close to subway. All the most important factors.

This little space is what we needed for our quick stay in Philly. If you don't like skinny stairways, this isn't for you. Alberto is a great host with excellent communication.

The place was perfect, tucked away down an alley but the host gave excellent directions and pictures to find it easily. Everything was pristine. Hot shower, comfy bed, very functional space. There are stairs at 2 levels, be mindful of that. The balcony was cozy. There was a small hiccup about early check-in but Alberto explained everything & it was accommodated for a fee. I needed a last minute stay for the night for a family emergency. It worked out well. The place is spacious enough for a small family 3-4. I’d stay again. Thank you Alberto.

This place was small and nothing fancy, but I found it extremely cozy and I really enjoyed it. It was also perfect for the money. Location was prime as well. Very safe.

Host was very detailed with check-in/check-out instructions. Bed was comfortable. Shower was the perfect temperature. The overall space was fantastic. Will book again when I’m in Philly.

The host was very communicative with easy to understand instructions with clearly laid out expectations and guidelines. That level of detail carried into the stay itself and reflected in the space. It was clean, as documented, and a great value. The amenities were just right and for the price I would definitely stay again! Thanks to the host!

Very cute little space at a convenient location in Philly. We were able to visit lots of local spots nearby! Mostly clean and cozy vibes. The balcony was very much enjoyable for going outside and chatting:)

La Paquena was the perfect hide away in the middle of lovely Fishtown. Clean, private and easily accessed. I would recommend this spot and stay again in a heartbeat. Communication with the host was always timely and helpful and the listing couldn't be more accurate. We loved La Paquena!

Very nice place and a very nice location. The communication with the host was excellent. There are great food options within a few block radius. Short Lyft ride to The Met, where we went, as well as other Philly spots. Bustling and safe neighborhood, and dog friendly. Great spot for couples visiting Philly!

We stayed here as a weekend getaway with our daughter who goes to Temple. The description of this place is correct , parking can be a bit tricky, visual instructions for access and Internet were excellent and any other information required, the owners were spot on for responding. This was the first time we ventured into Fishtown, so enjoy walking around the neighborhood and explore. I would highly recommend this place.

Philly trip

The property was in a really cool and upcoming part of Philly. The host Alberto was very nice communicative and helpful. Place was small but 100% worth it for a weekend trip!

This sweet apt had everything we needed for our Fishtown getaway. Alberto thinks of everything right down to the bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower. Lovely deck in the back was an added bonus space. The remodeling done in this classic Philly row home is classy and tasteful. Our dog felt right at home as well. Great to have nearby places/ parks to walk dogs. Also, Alberto is super responsive. The wine bottle opener was broken, and within an hour there was a new one in the mailbox. Comfy bed. Super clean upon our arrival.
