Enjoy morning coffee on the screened lanai, with unobstructed views of Regal Lake and its fountains. Take a short walk to the community pool to soak in the sunshine. Great views - no backyard neighbors - look out over the lake to a wooded preserve (not other condos)
South facing - enjoy the warm winter sun and stay cooler in the summer
