With a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and convenient amenities like a kitchenette and large screen tv, this space is perfect for a relaxing stay. The bathroom features a walk in shower and additional essentials for your comfort. Whether you're exploring the city or simply unwinding, this amazing apartment is the ideal spot for your trip. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Please note, our family of four lives above the apartment on the top two floors of the home. You will hear voices and footsteps above you. Note: if you are bringing a pet, please check the pet box so that you are charged the $25 pet cleaning fee.

This was our third stay at this property. We love this place, a great location for our dog, trails for walking right out side, a short walk to Brandis Natural Area. Quiet neighborhood, close enough to campus.The host is friendly and communicates well.

Had such a lovely stay! The space had everything we needed and it was a beautiful neighborhood. It was very quiet and it felt very safe. We came to visit family, so everyday we were out and about. I wish we’d had more time to explore the trails behind the house, because it is just such a gorgeous area! It was also such a blessing to be able to park in the garage! I would definitely choose this adorable basement apartment if I come this way again!

Very nice, quiet location. The basement was clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed. Elizabeth was communicative. Check-in instructions were clear and worked perfectly. Great stay!

Spacious and Comfortable

Plenty of room in this very attractive space, but what I really loved, given that I was staying with my two dogs, was the location. The Brandis nature area is just a couple of blocks away, with beautiful walking trails.

Spacious and Clean

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was neat and clean and had everything I needed. Elizabeth was very responsive when I had questions. It’s also in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by nature. I would definitely book here again next time I’m in Corvallis.

I came in late and tired, unable to find the proper location. However, I reached out to the owners and they were kind and directed me to the proper house. The place was awesome, the owners super courteous, and a great location for a morning run with the pup. There’s trails directly out the door that are worthy of exploring. The living room/dining area is large and the kitchen area was adequate for what I needed this trip. There is no stove (hence the description), but they do have hot plate and griddle. They were kind with my pup! I’d gladly stay again!

Lovey little place

The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. Bedding, and towels are provided. Very comfy.

Corvallis

This was a lovely place and met our needs. Very clean and fresh. The only things I would have people know are: An uphill walk to the apartment: This is probably not a problem for most people but I have a challenge with my knee so the steep driveway was difficult to manage. Hard to find the house number: We arrived at night and couldn't see the house number. It is easily visible in the daytime.

I loved the beautiful forest setting and nearby walking trails. The apartment was warm and cozy and very cute. I could hear footsteps from the rooms above but other than that it was very quiet. Elizabeth responded quickly to a couple of questions I had during my 7-day stay. I would definitely stay again.
