Location was perfect! Far enough away from town to escape the chaos but close enough to the main things we wanted to do. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and the media room.

All of the beds were very comfortable and the space was very well suited to 3 couples and 2 children. The kitchen was well-outfitted for daily meal cooking and there was plenty of space to sit down and eat together. The host was very responsive to text messages and answered quickly. The large porches on 2 levels with many rocking chairs and overlooking the yard and forested area was wonderful. The hot tub and dry sauna were luxuries we fully enjoyed. The theatre room was great and it was helpful that we were informed in advance to bring DVD's and streaming device to take full advantage of it. Each adult bedroom had a whirlpool bath and shower- awesome! The area was very nice and neighborhood quiet. We even spotted a momma bear and her 2 cubs during a walk in the neighborhood. All in all this was a great stay.

It was perfect for my family of 4 plus my husband's parents. There was plenty to do for all the ages and the location is perfect being between Gaitlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Servielle. We are planning on coming back.

Not the cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was cobwebs all over the outside furniture. The beds were hard as bricks and I slept terrible. Not enough furniture in the living room to accommodate for everyone on the trip unless we used the dining benches from the table. Called for a trash pick up was suppose to be there by 8:30 didn’t get picked up till almost midnight. I come to Elk Springs every year and this was the worse stay ever. Very unhappy!

Wonderful Experience

More than anything, the customer service was excellent. It was prompt and incredibly courteous. You could tell the house was cleaned and the property was beautiful. My family enjoyed the theater room. I had never really watched a movie in one before. I didn't realize what a bonding experience it could be. Thankful for the opportunity. We also loved the game room with pool and fooseball. Our favorite spot was the porch with the rocking chairs. Lots of time spent out there. It was a great vacation. There were some small issues. One of the bunk beds looked like it was made but it was missing sheets. It also had crumbs all over it. We didn't discover that until late that first night. When I contacted the office they were ready to run a set over to our place but we used a spare set from another room. Also, the hot tub was running when we first got there, but when we went to use it the next day it wasn't. They had a tech out there within a short amount of time and texted us every step of the way. After two visits they couldn't get it fixed so they gave us a compensation. Not a perfect experience but that's how life goes. The owners showed great care in fixing the hiccups.

But they use a website that Gmail considers “high risk” so they sent it to your trash

Great Cabin for the Family

Amazing Christmas Vacation Stay!

elk springs resort cabin

Reviewer Comments: me and my friends had a great time at this cabin! it had beautiful views and was super spacious. we used the theater room a lot and the hot tub was wonderful. it was a bit of a drive to downtown pigeon forge and gatlinburg but ubers were super cheap. 10/10 recommend this cabin. will be booking again in the future.
