Wonderful property! Emmy kids had the best time in the backyard. It was perfect for our family on my sister’s wedding weekend!

An absolutely amazing house! The house was very clean and looked exactly like its pictures. We had a great time there. The host was very responsive and polite. This house is definitely a must stay!

In response to your review, I want to clarify that You requested the pool heating the morning of the day she wanted it. This pool is extra large and takes 12 hours to heat. I didn’t want to charge her for something that wasn’t feasible, so I offered to heat it the next day, and I did. It stayed at 84 degrees for the six hours promised. Additionally, in her personal text to me—outside of VRBO—she actually seemed to be enjoying herself, was very thankful, and even said thank you for letting us know so we could have it heated for her the next day. Regarding the spiders, I do want to note that with our one-acre backyard, those are beyond our control.

This was the best time I have had. The house was perfect for kids, and adults. The host communicated the whole time, and was very respectful. 10/10.

Our very own resort

This property was perfect for our family! There were plenty of rooms for all. Lots of seating areas inside and out. We spent most of our time in the pool which was fantastic! The outdoor space is a dream. We were all wishing we could stay longer. Communication with the host was prompt. If we get back to that area, we will stay there again!

Birthday Celebration

Overall this was a great place to stay! Rooms were clean and spacious, pool/ backyard area is big and provides plenty of space! I would say the one downside was the spa was having difficulties heating up, however Neda was open and available to get that problem solved. I would recommend another option to get the spa heated consistently (it takes about 2 hours for it to heat up at intervals of 4 hours) and we were only able to really use it our second night after waiting for the heating. The fire pit was nice and relaxing to chill by.

Terry was a great guest but did not follow our rules. She had two dogs with that permission or pet fee. This spa is an extra large spa and it takes two hours to preheat it. But once heated it stays nice and hot at 104° for two hours and it shuts off automatically but it can be restarted again to keep the heat.

Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and I highly encourage others to experience it for themselves!

Truly amazing home and experience

Probably the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The house was even better than it looked in pictures. The outdoor area is absolutely perfect, beautiful pool and patio areas and we used all of it, including the basketball court and playground. Inside, the home was spotless and furniture and beds were super comfortable. Best of all, everything you need is provided! Plenty of towels, soaps, cleaning products, pots, pans, even coffee...it was all there. When I contacted Neda with questions I always got an immediate response. Only bad part was having to leave :). We would 100% return and are hoping to rent again next year when visiting family in the area. Wonderful home and hosts!!

Vacation Oasis

This house and backyard was incredible. The pics are accurate. We had 10 people. Grandparents and 2 families with kids and there was perfect bedroom and bathroom accommodations for everyone. The little girls adored the bunk bed room. The kitchen- if you like to cook meals instead of dealing with restaurants for all was fabulous. Plenty of room to cook together. Well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. The backyard “made” the trip. It is truly an oasis. Something for everyone. The parks nearby are a great diversion for smaller ones.Neda, is a fabulous hostess….. extremely easy to communicate with before, during the stay. I can see us returning to this property again!

The place was a bit further than I expected from the wineries. The only problem that we have was that the jacuzzi didn't stay heated and also 250 a day for the pool to be heated. I wish we would have known this prior to booking. During the time we stayed, it was cooler than we expected. We wished we could have utilized the pool a lot more. It was the selling point for us to book. Other than that the host was pretty reachable when we had problems with the heating for the jacuzzi. I just didn't like bothering her the whole time because the tablet they had didn't let us control the temp of the jacuzzi. Beautiful and clean place. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would book it again with the family.

Great family house! Neda was easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect. We had a family get-together, and it was the perfect place for this. Quiet neighborhood, clean property; everything went as planned. Highly recommend!!

A superb visit!! perfect place for families - a huge backyard, awesome grill and pool, great common space on the first floor. was there with my parents, my sister and her two kids, and more. whole house was clean, everything worked great, and hosts were very responsive and friendly. tons of pool towels and floats, great kitchen- well stocked! 10/10 would stay here again, we are already planning our trip back!

This rental was everything we were hoping to have for our family reunion!!! The back yard was inviting and so fun to play basketball, swim, read, and hot tub in! The House was spacious and accommodated 9 adults and 2 babies perfectly! We were able to enjoy a day at a winery that was nearby. Neda, the host was amazing and very responsive! I highly recommend this rental for families looking to enjoy time together!
