The Space:

Begin your much-needed getaway with – you guessed it – happy hour! Upon arrival, grab a cocktail or a glass of wine after a day of traveling and head out to the back deck to take in the serenity and stunning mountain views. Make evening plans to settle into one of the available rocking chairs while you get cozy beside the firepit with the crew. Or pick up all the fixings for a barbecue and get cooking on the grill to enjoy a quick meal amongst the 180 ridgeline views that this exclusive community offers.



Once through the foyer, you’re greeted with high-peaked ceilings and windows lining the living room, providing plenty of natural light and a view of the incredible surrounding mountains. Get comfortable in one of the luxurious recliners or on the spacious couch to watch your favorite shows together on the smart TV by the gas fireplace. Before making dinner, check out the window seat along the dining room where you can curl up with a good book and a view. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and natural wood cabinets stocked with all the necessities to whip up a meal for everyone before gathering around the dining table for six.



Make a cup of coffee from the Keurig just the way you like it and get some fresh air first thing in the morning while you sip your coffee in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch, or out back on the screened in porch with a table and seating for four. Don’t get stuck at the house for too long though, as this community offers tons of amenities you’ll want to discover. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a private den with a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #4 includes 1 queen size bed and deck access.



The home also includes a half bathroom, a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a glass walk-in shower, and an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
