This peaceful Villa nestled on a 200 acre private cattle ranch is sure to please. The back patio sits at the top of a hill overlooking several ponds, offering a stunning view and sunsets that are like no other. The spacious accommodations of 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 living areas are suitable for a wide variety of visitors, from large families and groups of friends, to host work related events. Designed for serene comfort, it is furnished with a mix of king, queen, full, and twin bunk beds. Whether your stay is for work or relaxation, both can be achieved with complementary wifi, full eat in/chef kitchen, complimentary laundry with full washer and dryer, and a large back patio area with seating and outdoor kitchen. Located just 10 minutes between the charming city of Sulphur Springs, TX and Commerce TX, location of Texas A&M College, it is never too far to explore the surroundings or go for a quick shopping trip. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Staff Getaway
Incredible time in a gorgeous and quiet retreat. On site staff was amazing and the whole process was very accommodating. Easy place to stay!

Graduation
Needed a place to stay for our daughter's graduation from Texas A&M Commerce. It was only 20 minutes away from the venue which was very convenient. The host responded promptly to our messages and left treats for the young adults to snack on, which was much appreciated. The house was beautiful and remote surrounded by an equally gorgeous landscape. We had 11 adults & 1 child. The house was definitely large enough to fit everyone without us stepping over one another. We enjoyed staying outside on the porch, and my only suggestion would be to bring extra camp chairs (which we did!) as the porch only has about 5 seats.can'tbeat the voe Just make sure you.

The home is large and beautiful. Pretty far off the beaten path, though. And having to get out and unchain the driveway gate and close it again behind you every time to come and go was not ideal; especially in the rain.

This is a beautiful property. A little out of town of Sulphur Springs, but that’s what made it peaceful. This is a gorgeous very roomy ranch house. We slept eight adults comfortably four full bathrooms. The home was very, very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was huge and very accommodating. I would recommend it for a family gathering or even a company retreat.The owners were very pleasant to work with. When we arrived, there was cold waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter. The new appliances were great for cooking as well.

Everything was clean and suited our family's needs. We had two familys stay there while we were in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for all 15 of us. Beautiful scenery and hosts were great to work with.
