We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location, especially for anyone visiting the nearby off-road park. The host and owner were both extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything was just as described, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

House was plenty big enough for two couples. We had plenty if parking to Park 2 full sized trucks with trailers. Didn't run out of hot water for showers. Nice big front porch to have morning coffee. The only downside was the narrow road we took to arrive at the house but that was to be expected with where the location was.

Clean and comfortable. Ride from the house to the trail. Great porches with comfortable seating to enjoy the scenery.

wonderful property

this was our second stay here. Property is well stocked with everything you need. Home was very clean and property was beautiful as ever. We did notice new chairs and outdoor couches on the front and rear porch. great addition. we will be back to stay again. great access to Leatherwood and many other trails.

Great location to Leatherwood.

the house and property are marvelous. Some GPS devices will have you pass the house up. as soon as you turn over the bridge the house is the first property on the left. We are coming back again in August. Definitely recommend.

Very very clean and nice. Just as pictured. If you are going for four wheeling make sure you have your machines fueled up and all gas cans filled. Nearest gas station is about 30 minutes away.You can get on leatherwood trails from property. No.meed to trailor. Always a plus!

Leatherwood Trip

The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone.
