Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad you had a great time and found the location convenient for your Branson plans. We’re sorry the hot tub was unavailable while you were there. We know that can be a disappointment, especially when you’re looking forward to relaxing after a day out. The good news is that the hot tub was being repaired, and we appreciate your patience while the work was underway. Thanks again for sharing your experience. We’d be happy to welcome you back and hope you get to enjoy the hot tub on your next visit!

Thank you so much for staying with us, we really appreciate your business. We are truly sorry that you experienced anything but a five star experience. Had we been made aware of these concerns, we could have notified the HOA regarding the deck and the other units that smokes. Have a good day.

The view from the condo was beautiful out the back balcony. However, there were so many things about the condo that were less than ideal. The couch and recliner in the living room are very low end, IKEA type furniture and uncomfortable. The dishwasher is very loud. The refrigerator is also very loud (perhaps has a compressor going out). But the loudest part of our stay was definitely the noise coming from the apartment above, especially the toddler who ran back-and-forth, beginning before 8 AM in and lasting until till at least 11 PM at night, along with adult footsteps, and vacuum, sweeping,We have stayed at many various condos in this area and usually have an abundance of directions for locking the door, trash dumpster locations, etc., and this time we had to call and ask for that information.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the view from the back balcony. We did not receive any communication during your stay regarding noise, appliance concerns, or comfort issues. Had we been notified at the time, we would have been happy to review available options or provide guidance where possible. Please note that furniture style and firmness, as well as normal household and neighboring noise, can be subjective and are not uncommon in multi-unit condominium buildings. Noise from adjacent units is outside of our control. As for property information, all standard check-in details, including door locking instructions and trash locations, are provided in the guest guidebook sent prior to arrival. We’re happy to assist anytime guests reach out with questions. Your comments have been documented for internal review, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
