Walk to Main St. from your private retreat in Deer Valley. Location is ideal. This beautiful townhouse is at the entrance to Deer Valley. It is tucked away on Deer Valley Loop, offering exceptional privacy. Free bus and shuttle to resorts (and everywhere else) is 100 yards from front door. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 adults (7 or 8 with kids) and boasts bright open rooms with vaulted ceilings. The family room features a large HD TV and a gas fireplace. The spacious master suite has a cozy king bed, HDTV, walk-in closet and private deck. The master bath has twin sinks, large bath, and shower. Guest bedrooms include one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed (Queen and Twin). Each with its own bath. You'll love the private, outdoor hot tub! The heated driveway and private garage make for easy winter access. Location, amenities and privacy make this an ideal vacation rental. Whether a family ski vacation or a getaway with friends, this is a great choice! Availability subject to minimum stays - typically 3 nights.

Great stay in Park City

The house checked all the boxes-good location, plenty of room, very well stocked with everything you need-and Graham is a friendly and responsive host. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend.

Great proximity to Main Street. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Had no idea from pictures how steep driveway was but worked. Deck and outdoor space could use a little sprucing up.

Stayed with 4 adult kids. Quite nice. Plenty of room. Good location. Great deck. Good showers, comfortable beds. We like to cook and the kitchen had all the gear to make it happen. Would return for sure!

Graham is incredibly nice, responsive and accommodating. We had to make a few extensions to the trip and he made it work every time. The place was perfect. Cozy, amazing location (7 minute walk to Main street) and fun. We plan to stay here again next year! Thank you!

Perfect Ski Weekend with Friends

Had a great stay with friends - house was roomy, and luxurious, with an excellent hang out area/kitchen, huge main bedroom, and hot tub. Amenities were well covered from cooking and kitchen utensils and spices, coffee, etc. to towels and nice shampoo/soap. And location was fantastic - easy walk (10-15 min) to Old Town bars & restaurants and Town Lift, and a little longer walk to PCM Village base (30 min). Easy check-in and good communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Loved how well the place was stocked with thoughtful quality amenities. We spent Thanksgiving with our small family and it was so inviting and easy to cook and have a lovely presentation away from home! Definitely recommend. Hosts were easy and accommodating as well. Left impressed.

Close to town mountain condo.

Great place, great location for walking. Easy to get to. Very clean and comfortable beds. Only small concern was the smell coming from the house that sits in front of it. Sometimes depending on the breeze, it was very unpleasant. Overall great place and we would book it again.

Unforgettable Vacation!!!

Amazing Experience!! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home and found everything we needed. Property was clean and very well maintained. Location of the property was convenient to Main Street, Deer Valley Resort and Park City Resort. The owner went above and beyond our expectations and we greatly appreciate all that he did to ensure our family an unforgettable vacation. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend or relative. We consider this to be our home away home in Park CIty!!

Great location and perfect for our family

We had a great few days at this property with our two teens. Plenty of space to spread out as well as hang out together. Kitchen very well appointed and had something I appreciate in rentals —- extra cabinet space for our food! Tons of towels (and bath sheets in the master). Hot tub was fantastic after skiing and snowmobiling. One day we split up and those of us without a car were able to walk easily to Main Street to shop. Grocery and conveniences less than 10 min away. Owner was super easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Great rental.

Fabulous location and house!

Great location and townhome. Very comfortable. Crazy convenient to downtown Park City. Close to Deer Valley ponds for a nice walk. I've stayed in several vacation rental properties. This one was by far the best equipped. All the kitchen standards were there. Basic spices, olive oil, coffee, plenty of soap and cleaning supplies. There were even extra batteries and band aids! I would highly recommend this house and the host. GHOK

Perfect and picturesque, it's everything you need!

This was our first time to Park City and we could not have been more thrilled with our choice of stay. It's in the absolute perfect location, five minute walk to Main Street Park City and two minute drive to Deer Valley lift. The house has everything you need...three bedrooms, three and a half baths, hot tub, fire place, bunk beds for kids, spacious dining room and family room. The host, Graham, is a gracious gentleman that made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. He's a great guy who gave us plenty of local tips before and during our stay. If you're looking for thee perfect location and thee perfect sized house with all the needed amenities, this is your place. Thanks SO much Graham, we will definitely be back!

Amazing location, accommodations, and host!

I have been to Park City a few times now and this was my favorite accommodations by far! First of all, the host (Graham) is so helpful and kind. He is full of knowledge about the town and great recommendations on anything you can think of! The location is perfect. Every evening we would take a scenic 5 min walk to Main Street for dinner. Deer Valley is literally 3 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort is maybe 7min. Everything is so close! The condo is comfortable with plenty of room for 3 adult couples. The hot tub is perfect after a long day on the slopes, and the place is stocked with everything you could need (including board games, maps of the slopes and town, and even bottles of wine left over from previous guests!). I will definitely stay here next time we are in town. It was PERFECT!

Phenomenal location, Lots of Light, Great Owner

Phenomenal location, Lots of Light, Great Owner - we just had a wonderful winter vacation in this townhome with our dog Janie. Yes, it really is that close to Old Town that you don't mind walking in for a quick drink, dinner or to catch a band - even when it's cold out. Yes, it really is only a few steps to the bus and a very short ride to Snowpark Lodge. There is a sidewalk that goes down to Deer Valley road right next to the garage. We even walked up to Snowpark Lodge at Deer Valley a couple times. The great room on the main floor of the town home is fantastic: glass windows looking North provide great light all day long and make the room feel very large. We had two other couples with us during Sundance and had plenty of socializing space. The master suite is very large with a large walk in closet and full dresser - plenty of space to put things away. The weber grill and hot tub were indispensable. We took numerous walks with our dog up and down the hills on both sides of Deer Valley road - great views both of the mountains and town. The owner kept the place in impeccable condition and was quick to help out for any issues that arose - very comfortable place to be.
