Great location

This is a clean comfortable unit in Coral Falls with a perfect location overlooking the pool. I enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Loved the lanai overlooking the pool area. Close to local features- restaurants, grocery stores, walking paths

Nice amenities, good location

10 miles from the beaches but everything you need including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Steps away from the pool and just a block from the grocery store and a couple good restaurants.

My sisters and I just stayed here for a week. We were very pleased with how clean the unit and complex were kept. All the appliances we used functioned as expected. The pool & hot tub were wonderful & pool area very clean. The units’ location was perfect for our excursions which included shelling, horseback riding, kayaking & the beach; all within 20 minutes! We plan to stay here again; I highly recommend it and the host Kevin answered all my questions!

Coral Falls

Great stay in Coral Falls. Condo had all you would need for your stay. Kevin was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions. Wonderful condo community set in a quiet corner but convenient to restaurants/shopping. Will definitely return!

Good value

The condo was clean and the pool and grounds were very well maintained. The owner was easy to work with. When asked he provided very nice beach chairs and an umbrella

Great February

Very nice property. Located in a spot where you can quickly get to I-75 as well as all major roads in south Naples area. Has a good pool plus access at various spots to charcoal grills. If you enjoy walking the neighborhood is very good for walkers as well as bike riders. Grocery stores are close by as well as restaurants. Although it is very close to Collier Blvd. and SR 41 it is very quiet.

January 2022 stay

Excellent location to downtown, Marco island beaches and Naples beaches. Tons of restaurant choices. Owner extremely courteous and attentive. Pool very convenient and not too crowded. Enjoyed the month of January!

Very Pleased!

I was very please when we arrived at our condo. Neat and clean and very well stocked. Beach towels, chairs, cooler ect. All the amenities. The pool and picnic area on the property are beautiful. I will say the twin beds are really small and for the use of children instead of adults. Other than that everything was fantastic. If you have a question during your stay, the property manager is very prompt to respond.

Beautiful and spacious condo!

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo recently and absolutely loved it! It was all very well-kept, updated, and spacious. The condo building was also very nice with a beautiful pool. The owner Kevin was great to work with. Great vacation!

This is an EXCELLENT Condo for a family of 4

A beautiful condo in brand new condition with fine furnishings and great amenities. My wife and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed all the fresh clean homey feeling of the condo. The pool out back is lovely and a great place to swim and sunbathe if you don't want to go to the beach. Location is excellent with access ti all the activities in Naples and Marco Island. We will definitely return next winter. Bob and Barbara

excellent condominium, generously furnished, Wifi access, very clean, we were happy!!

It was our first experience, renting a condominium. A very clean and well equipped apartment. Especially having Wifi was great for us. The contact with the owner was easy and we had no problem to get in touch with him. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay and we can only recommend renting a aparmtent through HomeAway. best regards
