Great place for my son and I during our time in the Orlando area. Ronald was a great host and communicated with us in advance of the trip to reduce any stress or concerns. Plus he "rescued" us after my boneheaded locking myself out of a room...at night! Kitchen and living space fit perfectly for what we needed.

I absolutely love this cozy retreat. It was very neat and clean with all the accommodations necessary for a comfortable stay. No complaints. Everything, including plumbing, electrical, and appliances was in working condition. Everything was neat and orderly. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt completely safe. Close to shopping and Publix grocery. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet get-a-way. Thank you Mr. Waterman for welcoming us into your home. I will definitely return.

About 25 minute walk from the center of Baldwin Park where dining, grocery shopping is located. Much preferable to have a car. Not far away though from the walking path around the lake. Nice location and quiet street.

Our host checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything, which was a nice touch. The kitchen of this cozy townhome was very well stocked with canned goods and refrigerated items. The beds were so comfortable that we found ourselves laying on the bed to watch TV. If we get back to the Orlando area, we'll be checking for availability!

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was exactly what we were looking for; clean, well-appointed and close in proximity to where we needed to be in Winter Park. The accommodation was thoughtfully stocked as well. The owner thought of every detail. We would definitely request a future booking when visiting the Winter Park area.
