This was a nicely renovated home. Is unfortunate that right as you turn onto the street, the local "FOOD MART" is one that leaves a lot to be desired and one in which dealing drugs is not something we would have even given a second thought to rent if we had known that.

We really enjoyed this house. Clean and spacious, it felt bigger than the pics. The sofa area needs updated pics but overall we were very happy. The host was responsive and the pool was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and spacious; every detail of the decor was so pretty. There was plenty of room for our three generation family gathering. The check-in was easy, and all communication with the host was easy and prompt.

House was beautiful. We did not get use of backyard because of the pool being installed, but that was not a problem. I have to say that the kitchen had fantastic pots and pans. Wish there was more than four Forks though. Also would have been nice if we had hand towels for the bathrooms as well as towel racks. But check-in was easy and it was in a great location for what we were there for.

Hi Kandee, Thank you for your wonderful review! I’m so glad to hear you had an amazing time and loved the house. Your feedback is truly appreciated, as it helps us continually improve our hosting experience. I’m grateful you mentioned the forks; I wasn’t aware that our utensil set was lacking, and I’ll make sure to address that right away. Regarding the towel racks, both bathrooms have them, but I understand that the master bathroom doesn’t. We chose to roll the towels nicely on the vanity tray for a specific style, but I appreciate your input on this. I’ll also ensure that our cleaning crew checks for worn-out hand towels more consistently. As for the pool construction, we did inform guests ahead of time about it, and we can’t wait to share the new pictures of our amazing backyard once it’s complete! I truly hope you can come back to enjoy the upgraded space. Thank you again for your feedback, and I look forward to welcoming you back! Best, Yaneisis Casa Haven

I rented this house for my whole family (8 of us) prior to one of my children's graduation ceremony at Univ of Miami and our pre cruise vacation stay. The interior of the house was absolutely beautiful. Floors, Kitchen, master bathroom and all the bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table also. Sat was a free day for us. Instead of going to beach, we hung out in the pool in the back yard for an awesome day. Pool area is great. Visually secluded from neighbors. I would definitely stay here again. My only minor disappointment was the absence of the awesome sectional couch in the VRBO pictures. Host did say it got damaged from a previous customer. Not a game changer, but a little disappointed to not see it when we walked in. Good news is the time we would have hung out on the couch; we hung out around the pool table and in the pool. Fantastic home and I would definitely stay here again. Host was very nice and easy to work with.
