Welcome to this private, self-contained home with a private backyard, ensuring you enjoy a clean, comfortable place to live in.
This is a newly remodeled house that is suitable for 5 guests.Upon arrival, we have provided the basics like towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, etc. for each guest to facilitate your daily routine.The home is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and enjoy around the sofa or dining table while watching your favorite shows using the Smart Samsung TV.We also provide a washer and dryer for an extended stay or a short stay.The location is superb, just a two minute drive to 605 high speed:
- About a 30 minute drive (25 miles) to Disneyland
- Approximately 35 minutes drive (25 miles) to Universal Studios
- About a 20 minute drive (15 miles) to Downtown Los Angeles

Special Instructions:
The sofa bed in the house is suitable for guests who are 5 feet tall (152 cm) or less and is only suitable for a short break.The middle part is slightly raised due to the folding design, which is not as flat as a normal bed and is more suitable for children.

Other matters:
The property has a separate private backyard and the only shared area is the parking driveway, offering a free parking spot and you will have your own separate entrance.Please maintain a reasonable noise level during your stay to ensure that other guests' rest is not disturbed.Thank you for understanding and cooperation!
