• Damage Deposit: $150 per stay, refundable upon inspection
• Resort fee: $25 per night, includes pool access, shuttle, free parking, fitness center, hot tub, game room, tennis court

Additional Options:

• Pet: $50 per night, limited to two pets under 75 lbs, advance request required
