It sits on a quiet neighborhood street and has ocean views from every room. This property is close to many entertainment venues the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. So whether you want to soak up the sun, catch some fish or waves, go for a round of golf, shop till you drop, hit the casinos or even enjoy some of our amazing food and happy hours this home is your spot!
As you enter from the street, you have your choice of two private driveways to park in. You can get two cars in the south driveway and he east driveway can accommodate three cars. There is no street parking
You will walk up the back covered stairs to access the door that has a smart lock on it.
First floor:
As you enter, you step into a beautiful open concept living space that contains a living room,dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is highlighted by custom quartz countertops, modern new appliances (including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot). For those who enjoy cooking, we have fully stocked the kitchen with pots, pans and cooking utensils. You are also equipped with silverware plates and glasses for 10 people plus a few extra. There are some large wooden plates should you want to walk downstairs and eat on the large picnic table under the home.
The dining table accommodates four, with and additional five barstools at the kitchen island. (There are some extra chairs in the downstairs master bedroom closet) The living room has a spacious couch that focuses on a 65 inch flatscreen smart TV. There is Cable Tv and 5G Wi-Fi available throughout the home
Main floor master:
It will not take you long to get settled into the master suite. Unpack your bags in the walk-in closet with built-in shelving. Take a nap on the queen size bed or enjoy a show on the TV. You also can step out onto your private deck that is set up with two chairs and a small table. There is a desk and chair if you need to get some work done. This room also connects to the master bath which features a glass walk-in shower sink and separate toilet room.
Covered ocean view deck:
Last but not least, walk out onto the porch and take in the gorgeous views of the beach. The porch offers seating for four. Drink your morning coffee out there, a glass of wine in the evening or simply enjoy the ocean breeze.
Upstairs:
When you reach the top of the stairs to the right is a large barn door, if you slide that back you will find a new Samsung washer and dryer.
Straightahead is the upstairs master.
The upstairs master boss of a king bed along with a daybed. This room is all about the view! It is just breathtaking! It has a large en suite with double sinks and a huge walk-in glass shower. There is also a walk-in closet with built-in shelving. There is a smart TV in the room but who can watch TV with those amazing views right there.
Bunk room:
The bunk room has two full beds in it and one twin. It has a bookshelf with games and puzzles on it. A large 55 inch smart TV. A walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The connecting bath has a walk-in shower and a single sink both with amazing beach views.
