Clean and Quiet
Property was clean and quiet. Close to Mike's and walking distance (1mi) to all the shake shops. Plenty of room and we did not hear any neighbors at night. We'd definitely stay again.

Location to the activities was excellent. We could walk to the grocery store. The house set up was excellent for a family and plenty of room. The owners were very attentive. We had troubles with the coffee maker and within an hour he brought us a new one. The funny thing was it probably was not broken but us not knowing how it worked.
