My stay with my friends was amazing. Great location, very clean, beautiful balcony view of marina, and super spacious suite. Will be coming back again next year, was such a good time and stay.

Great Location

Check-in was quick and easy. Property and room were clean. No issues at all, the location is great, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

The condo was very nice. Location was great. My big complaint is the resort is under construction. This should have been disclosed at the time I rented the unit. Hence the 3 star rating. We could not use the balconies and had to put up with non stop banging and construction noise for 3 of the 7 days we were there. Anyone renting the unit should check with the resort directly about the status of the construction.

Beautiful clean room. I thought I booked oceanfront but I was told when I got there that it wasn’t available. That’s my only complaint. The resort was nice. Great location.

Excellent stay!

Our stay was great. We loved it. There were six girls. The location is so close to everything. The pool, pool bar the fun themed activities were great. The beach being across the street. Amazing. Our units were perfect. We cannot wait to come back and will use Donald as our contact. He was great. Responded quickly when we reached out, which wasn't much at all as the information he gave leading up to our trip was so detailed.

Senior games in Fort Lauderdale

The Marriott Beachplace Towers were located a short distance from the Broward Convention Center where we went back and forth. It was a perfect location to be close to the games and we had two nice full days at the beach where we rented chairs and cabanas. I was pleasantly surprised with the games and music at the pool. It was always lively. It was also a short distance to good restaurants at Las Olas Boulevard or along the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. The two bedrooms and living area were very spacious. Even though we got a room on the intercoastal side, we enjoyed watching all the boats and the sunset every evening.

Fort Lauderdale

We had a wonderful time!!! Rooms were spacious and clean! Front desk answered questions quickly our thermostat stopped working and someone was up within 20 minutes to fix it! Lots of activities going on super close to shopping dining beach! Would for sure stay again!!! Thank you!

Wonderful 2 bedroom villa

We stayed during spring break and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was so pleased with the Villa, the property, the amenities and the people. We had a wonderful time!

Best place in fort lauderdale

This room was so beautiful and had the perfect amount of space for me and my friends, full size kitchen was a great bonus. The location was perfect and everything was walking distance. Definitely will be staying here again

Great family time in ft Lauderdale

The entire process was very seamless. We arrived and were immediately able to check in to our room and unload. The condo had all amenities needed to cook, clean, and do laundry if needed. Donald was in contact with us during the booking process, a week before the scheduled stay, and immediately after our stay. The only drawback I would say, with no fault of the owner, was the need to schedule pool time due to COVID restrictions. I completely understand restrictions on face mask, limited occupancy, etc but the pool reservations allowed several guests to make reserved seats only to show up for one hour leaving an empty spot for the next 2+ hours that someone else could benefit from. Other that this, the vacation and location was perfect!

The Marriott is first class.We have owned prior Marriott Time Shares in Orlando grand Vista and Roya

Outstanding service..very accomodating..Everyone so sincere and nice! The Pool area..19th Floor are very special. The food fantastic. Amenities second to none!

Great place to stay!

Very nice 2 BR 2BA condo with great views from both balconies of the intercoastal waterway, fantastic yachts and homes and a short walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very limited access to the pool due to COVID restrictions and making reservations was never easy or successful so we enjoyed the beach everyday which wasn't a bad thing at all!!! There is ocean view from this condo but the intercoastal was more scenic that the ocean.

Ocean time

Great views. Absolutely loved the unit on the 16th floor. Siri and GPS directions were not the best (no fault of the resort). Parking instructions on 1st entry could be clearer.

It was a wonderful week away!

We had a wonderful week at this property. Everything was as we expected. Donald was fantastic at communicating with me and responded quickly to any questions I had before and even during our vacation.

Excellent place, perfect location

Beautiful, roomy, two bedroom property with full kitchen. Some kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies such as coffee, salt and pepper, paper towels, toilet paper , Kleenex, soap, etc supplied for us. Was wonderful!!! A balcony off each king bedroom with table, chairs and beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean place, very comfortable beds. All kinds of places to eat, shop, have cocktails very close. Walked the beach every day. Wonderful job on this place Donald. Thank you so much!! We will be back.
