The apartment was great to stay in. Lot's of space, very clean and everything you could need. I really liked the shower. I definitely would highly recommend this place. You are right in town a short walk from great restaurants, cocktails and wine! Not to mention the park at the end of the lake which is stunning. We look forward to staying here again!

The location is terrific. We were a bit worried the town traffic would be noisy, but it was fine (especially with the white noise machine). The apartment is spacious and very cool. The shower is wonderful. Thank you Ryan!

We had an amazing time spending our 30th anniversary at this beautiful apartment! Great location! Clean,and beyond accommodating host! I left several items at the apartment and Ryan mailed them to me! Such a great experience overall,and we have stayed at many rental properties.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! Very clean, modern industrial vibe, tall ceilings, beautiful windows, wood beams. Comfortable living room area and comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom. Modern amenities. Lovely walk to the lake, coffee shops, breweries, restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this spot!!

Great place for a weekend in the FLX

Highly recommend this place for your stay in the Finger Lakes! It was clean and comfy and easy walking distance to food and drink in Geneva. It was also conveniently located to many great wineries, breweries and other restaurants.

A great property that is perfect for a weekend getaway! Very well decorated, clean, and close to restaurants, music and more. Plenty of parking and very easy to check in! Ryan was a very accommodating and responsive host. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Geneva!

Great studio apartment & location

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Geneva area, I highly recommend this place. It was cute, communication was great and everything was in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops to check out. Very close to the water and near the welcome center which had a cute area for wine sampling.

Beautiful loft style modern apartment built on the bones of a 1900s space. Tons of light with c. 9 ft windows. Minimalist and clean. Recently renovated. Pictures are accurate to the space. We have been to Geneva many times and this apartment was in the top of niceness/quality for the area. Would recommend if you like staying downtown.Two notes: This apartment is located on the main street, with the bed against the front windows, so you will hear some street noise (mostly cars). They did provide a white noise machine, which was great.This is a loft style apartment, so it is completely open between rooms (bedroom has no door).
